Lost a loyal customer. Service was always medocre at best but now Quality and Quantity went straight SOUTH and fully compromised. Will not be returning. Beef samosas are now liquidy carrot ???? samosas with some ground beef (see pics). Shrinkflation in full swing here. Chicken wings and Samosa size used to be double this. Take your hard earned money elsewhere folks. (And I second all the reviews of rude older owner lady at the counter. This place has zero awareness or cares about customer service.) Do better.
Stopped in and grabbed lunch, I got the catfish with wings. The place was pretty busy but the staff was working hard to knock out orders and help everyone in line. The food was made to order and was hot and delicious. I'll be back for some more soon.
I've ordered pick up & DoorDash and each time food was great! Jerk chicken and rice is definitely worth the price! Portion size is big! Both mild and hot are good !!!
Catfish and Perch fillets fries and coleslaw. Large we ate off it 2 meals. It was good! How I did my leftovers.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wild Fish and Chicken and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a great meal. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by Melinda. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. If you're looking for great food and top-notch service, this is definitely the place to go!
We purchased fish through door dash and the moment I put a fork to pull apart what I wanted to eat, this rubbery worm stretched out from it. It’s hard and not a vein, I cook fish to know the difference. We called to inform them and they wanted me to bring the fish to them? I door dashed this, and should not need to go out of my way to prove there is a damn worm in the $30 food I bought. I would not buy from here anymore!
I've been here in person three or four times and ordered in about a dozen. I don't know how they make the popcorn shrimp and the fries so good, but whatever seasoning they use is addictive to me. I've ordered it for three friends and they all love the food. One time I ordered an item that they were out of, and the staff there called me and let me know and swapped it for something else at my request. I feel like they really care about customers having a good experience. Highly recommend.
Brutal, waited far too long for them to get my order as wrong as it was. The solution was for me to keep the food and them keep my money.
Needless to say I'm riding this hangry.
People's time is important to them. The solution of pay for something I didn't want or go hungry isn't sitting well. It definitely could have been handled better.
For this soup Nazi approach, I highly do not recommend coming here. Pappy's is down the street- food is better, cheaper and A LOT more accurate.
