Cute, cozy, and cheap.. I found the decor adorable, and the room was clean.
There was a vending room with decent prices for the area and a self-serve laundry. Although I didn't use the pool, I took note of a kiddie pool and a handicap chair for adult pool.
I don't agree with many of the negative reviews. The only negative was the water pressure, but I still managed to rinse my long hair with a few extra minutes.
I would rate it higher than a 2 and would choose this place again
I would like to thank Brianna and Tracy for a smooth check-in and some extra pillows ! They are both top shelf employees ! Our room was nice . They are a bit dated . Nonetheless, they are comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. The beds are wonderful. However, this is an economy hotel, and the rates are very reasonable. I was surprised that the rates were so reasonable. The restaurant leaves a bit to be desired. My wife had a brat and my son a hamburger. They both said they were OK. I had the schnitzel. I had to request a steak knife to cut it. It was like a piece of leather. The prices at the restaurant are resort prices. The hot pretzel is $17.00. It is large and good, but $17.00 seemed a bit steep. We will definitely stay again. However, we will explore other dining options. Positive: Its basic. Our room had two queen beds, a single cup coffee maker, TV, and a small table for 2. It was very clean and the staff were great and helpful. Negative: You can hear everything road noise inside the room, even on the second floor. The outlets need replacing as they no long hold the plug.
I had to book this hotel last minute after a horrible experience with another. Brianna and Tracy went above and beyond to show kindness. There was a gentleman involved too but I didn’t catch his name. They showed me the room before booking and made sure my family was comfortable. I great price and very clean rooms. We will be coming back to this location soon.
A hidden gem!!! For what it is, definitely earns 5 stars! The room had charming touches (heated bathroom floor, lighted faucet), impeccably clean, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. We stayed here on a whim, and knowing it was a motel just not sure what we were getting into. I would stay again.
The staff were beyond excellent. The room was basic....no frills. There was a small fridge, a one cup coffee maker, tv, table with two chairs and a dresser. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The biggest issue that I saw, was the electrical outlets needing replacement as they would not hold the plugs and you could hear every bit of road noise, even on the second floor. One of the coolest things was the fireplace on the second floor and the seating around it. I would recommend this place if road noise isnt an issue.
Great location, 10min away from Gatlinburg town and 10min away from Pigeon forge attractions.I loved the country looking style resort and loved that staff constantly checks on you via text. Rooms are not fancy but it's enough to simply shower, rest and keep on your adventures. I suggest resort management to 1.Seal doors better to avoid hearing outside noise constantly. 2.Bed sheets were not correct size for the bed. 3. window curtains needs to have a second layer to block sunlight. 4. Room floor needs better cleaning under bed, behind cabinets etc...Other than those small details room was good to rest with confortable beds and good A/C and at great price.
I booked this hotel through Hotwire. The room was fairly clean, but the room was not soundproof that that cars on the main road sounded very loud. In addition, the flow of the sink was very slow, and the safe did not work. When I was texted by Cara about anything that can be done to make my stay better, I reported the safe, but I was told that maintenance checked the room, but the safe just could not be used. Layout was confusing, and if you needed to get to the third floor, you needed to enter from the back of the Inn, then take the stairs. Finally, housekeeping was not performed during my three nights.
