Best WLM Reviews
Ordered from this business plenty and a few times the order was received well but you may find stock if ordering multiples at once that is below quality standards. Perhaps their choice of suppliers are s**t? They don't care to explain!! Btw, they cancel orders and if they refund, they don't do so correctly if it is a partial refund. They try but not sure they can sustain good customers or rate customer loyalty. If you require a particular stock, especially urgently, this isn't the business to relay on.
In recent years the hair that's suppose to be attached to the cap is not throughout the entire wig! I have noticed in the past 3 years this has become a standard.
I generally order 6 or more wigs at a time. I was told that because I had not contacted them within a few days of receiving my shipment that there was nothing they would do about the failure 30 days past my shipment.
I sent an email to the company within 2 weeks of receiving my shipment that went without a reply. When I called a couple of weeks later, they couldn't locate the email and told me I was simply out of luck with getting a replacement. Needless to say, they just lost a almost 9 year customer! When I mentioned my loyalty to the company, my reply was sorry.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is in search of quality and customer service. I didn't purchase the less expensive wigs and I expected for them to stand behind their product!
Bought two of the wigs & they were amazing soft & long lasting. Would buy again ! human / synthetic
The shipping is really fast I got my package the next day. But you have to order before 5pm for that. The most affordable wigs online and great selection. Oh and MINK lashes for $2.99.
This is the best online store by far. I have never been disappointed. I have been with this store for years. Service is fast. The products I just love. I'm hoping they will bring back Apple Malibu. That unit is gorgeous. Kudos to you. Keep up the great work. 5 stars.
BEST STORE EVER … I only ever buy my wigs from this place , very good prices for great quality!! And the customer service is great , they make me feel like family here .
Well I've never order and after the review, I changed my mind one time I got rripped off they sent me a white person's wig bone straight looked like it came off somebody's head lol. When I tell you I looked jacked up my sister-in-law is white and she wouldn't dare so it's best to buy one at a time, it's better to be out of a couple of dollars than a whole heap of dollars
They never ship when supposed to. I pay extra money to receive item quicker. I never received item any faster. Why charge people extra when you don’t ship when supposed to!!!!
