I will never go there again !!!! my son hair really nice I’m so sad!!! I asked her to cut just a little bit , I show her picture too ! She cut all his hair! she left a spots in his head too I asked them to fix the cut but nothing they can do about it that really disappointed he have school next week
Hairstylists were in a nasty attitude, before getting my sons haircut I showed a reference picture which was a simple fade and they said no! The video even showed them how to do it and they declined with attitude, “I can do something similar” they said but it came out horrible. They messed up his fade and left out some spots as well as leaving the front crooked. I thought my son would have a nice haircut to look good for school.
My daughter went to her first haircut today and my daughter is on the spectrum and I had called prior to inform the hairdresser I set up an appointment. We weren't seeing for about 20 minutes after waiting for a scheduled appointment time. My daughter started to become overstimulated because of the energy of the hairdresser we kept making snarky comments under her back to me about my child or speaking to me condescendingly when asking questions about her hair and trying to calm my daughter down, when I asked her to accommodate my daughter and maybe we get home around with her to level with her while my daughter was overstimulated and stimming she looked at me as if I was stupid and I will never ever go back here ever again. They state that they are equipped to accommodate those availabilities yet we were treated like garbage. My daughter's trim looks okay however I would never ever tell anyone to take any of their family members here of any and all ability if this is absolutely unacceptable and my heart is so broken and I am so infuriated.
We got my son's first haircut here (as we do with all the kids) and there was an elderly women who completely butchered my sons hair. He sat PERFECTLY still the entire time and she refused to give us the cut we wanted. I should have walked out and wish i did, but at the time i was trying so hard not to cry and ruin this moment for my son and his grandmom, i just left. It will only let me 1 photo, but his hair is terrible and not even close to what i asked for. I asked for a buzz cut and she told me no! She actually said no. Never again!
Wiggle Worms is an amazing place! Took my son Arthur there for his first haircut and everyone was soo sweet and polite. The set up they have is kid friendly and they had on Paw Patrol for the kids to watch while they do their hair. My son's hair came out AMAZING! Also when you get their first haircut they give you a certificate with a lock of your child's hair I loved that. Will forever take my son here!
I always have a good experience here. My son initially was not good, however they comforted him, made him feel at ease and he LOVES it! We've been going for a year in a half now and he's three. I do however always make an appointment so we aren't waiting. Marisa is our stylist and she's great! I can't say enough good things about her... Love this place! Also very kid friendly
I took my son for his first haircut and it was horrible. We got there right on time and they seemed confused because the people who booked after me got there 10 minutes before my appointment and they had already taken them. We ended up waiting for 20 minutes. What's the point of making an appointment?
The hairstylist Ashley was very rude and unprofessional. My son was crying and kept moving. I understand it can be frustrating but she was clearly annoyed and didn't even try to hide it. I asked her to give me some tissue paper because his hair was sticking on his face after crying so hard. She said "oh, I can just blowout" and put the hair dryer right on my son's face, who was only 8 months old back then. He got startled and started crying hysterically. Of course his hair was still sticking on his face but Ashley didn't even care. She just glanced at us and said "All finished. You can go". I will never come back to this place. I won't recommend this place to anyone.
I have been bringing my boys here since 2015 for my oldest sons first haircut. Now I bring my 3 year old. This is the only place I’ll take my kids because I know wether they sit like angels (like today) or don’t sit still at all and throw a fit the whole time (like last time) I’m going to leave happy and so is he because … lollipops ????????
I always schedule my son with Shannon and she has always gone above and beyond for a great haircut .. when he’s been upset she has worked around it and cheered him up and when he is doing a great job she tells him so and goes the extra mile.
