It makes such a difference who's working nights at this place. Went one night and had the new Chocolate Covered Strawberry sundae. It was so good that I went back a couple of nights later for another one. They had all of the lights turned off, making it look like they were closed. I looked their hours up online and confirmed they were open. I went through the drive-thru, and the lady was like, "What can I get cha?" No kidding, she sounded like I was wasting her time. Then I got my sundae, and it was WET. Not like a little bit, but a lot. There was so much that I pulled over to pour it out. It was nothing like the one I had before. The chocolate was not even sweet? It was disgusting. The first photo is a stock but was close to what I purchased the first time. The other 2 are from my last visit.
Excellent meal and wonderful, fast service! I don't have weinerschnitzel where I live now, but I grew up eating it. I missed it so much, and eating this meal here brought back so many great memories. I got the two chili dogs and chili chees fries (my signature order). It was so good. What a treasure. Ya'll are so blessed to be able to enjoy this. Please open a Tennessee location soon! It's all I want for Christmas.
Classic A-Frame Wienerschnitzel, great location. Service at window today was courteous and quick. Baseball made the hotdog heroic due to portability in stadiums. Wienerschnitzel capitalized on the deep Americana appeal and this wide-spread chain continues to knock it out of the park doing dogs every which way.
We actually went last for ice cream. We think their ice cream tastes better than Dairy Queen or Coldstone. We are night owls and like their hours. When we do get their food we like their chili cheese dogs or the junk yard dog.
For those who have never been, there is only outdoor patio seating & you order from the window up front or you can do the drive thru and take it home.
This was my first time ever eating at a Wienerschnitzel. The food came out hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly. I will be back next time I visit Grand Junction.
I did not go inside. I ordered on Door Dash. My food was all wrong and you could tell the hotdogs were old n I was just very disappointed. The manager did give me a refund and was very sorry n kind.
Poor customer service, workers are rude and careless. I ordered online and told the man at the register and he quoted me about two minutes. So i sat and waited and 2 other people ordered after me . I ordered a 12 pack of mini corn dogs, the two gentlemen that ordered after me also ordered mini corn dogs. So tell me why i had to wait an EXTRA 15 minutes for my food and these gentlemen BOTH got their food before i did. Work on your customer service or don’t work at a fast food place at all.
What can you say? This place is a classic! Good dogs, good chilli, and good chili on the dogs! Their fries are delicious as well.
