Upon arriving, I parked in the wrong spot, the gentleman informed my granddaughter that I needed to move.
So I did to the handicapped spot and then display my placard. The gentleman (1044 Skylar B) went on to question my granddaughter about my legal ability. It's a park in the handicapped spot saying that if I do not have a placard, I must move. My granddaughter explains that I do have a placard. The worker took it further. To ask who was in the car and how old they are? This was outrageous, and that person should not be serving and a customer service environment Anywhere!!!!
Great chili dogs and fries for when on a rush or Friday. Great service here and people friendly. Always have gone thru drive thru.
Good prices and great hot dogs. I love getting hot dogs at the ball games, so this is a good substitute. Love fhe chili dogs with onions.
Excellent customer service. Their food is always consistent and hot. I make sure I stop at least once or twice when I come to the Westcoast from Virginia. I need my fix and never disappointed. Keep up the great work ???? ???? ???? ???? ????
Went through the drive- thru and order chili cheese fries. After getting my food, we drove off. While driving down the street my husband opened up the box and grabbed a fry. He then informed me that there was mustard on them. He showed me the chili cheese fries and they have mustard on them under the chili and the cheese. I don't know if they thought it would be funny or if it was a mistake. But i am glad i didn't eat them. Because i am allergic to mustard. I was so angry i knew it was best that i didn't go back over there because someone would be wearing that food. I will never go back there again. And i hope eveyone checks there food before they eat it!
Excellent CS (customer service) - excellent diner - excellent location
Not sure if they're short on staff or what but they're never consistent on opening the dining room when it says they're supposed to be open. Food is good when they do open though
Update..
Went today for 2 chili dogs, chili on the side.
I'm including a picture of the tiny skinny hotdogs and the smashed Buns. $6.96. Sadly won't ever go back.
They've have started putting more onions and less chili on chilli dogs.
Asked for half the onions both of my last two visits and half the chili. Sad
