Update tried again last week was in area. Waste of money food old not fresh it gave us stomachaches. Save your money go elsewhere.
For decade plus was favorite. But gone down hill. Close early, ignore you if pull in 5-10 before closing. Skimpy portions & raw fries. Rude employees, don’t honor coupons such as shame. Used to eat here twice a week or more. Now drive 10 miles further to other locations that know what customer service is.
I think the employees are on strike because I ordered a basic mac n cheese and got chili cheese fries. I explained I’m allergic to potato and can’t eat it, and I waited while they remade my order…into another order of chili cheese fries?
And also ordered a Mac n cheese burger hoping to get my noodles and cheese fix somehow and got a plain burger instead. Didn’t bother trying to get it fixed this time. Hope the company is happy with my $30 I won’t spend again. Thanks…
Wienerschnitzel is a fast food restaurant famous for their chili dogs. They’re incredibly delicious and very affordable. Especially if you can get a coupon. The staff here is fantastic. Edward is always super cool at the drive-through. If you never been I would stay away from the hamburgers they always seem to be very dry and go with what they’re famous for.
They keep getting my order wrong and I just bought some mac & cheese, and they gave me The smallest portion of mac & cheese I have ever seen in my life it’s for like a toddler. I paid over four dollars for this.
I love chili cheese burgers and fries from Wienerschnitzel, but I hate that I live by this one. Literally Every Single Time we drive thru here, we cross our fingers the food will be okay. Today I’ve lost it all hope for this place. My baby was hungry and I figured if I ordered a chili cheese burger with extra chili that it would be somewhat descent, but Nope we got home and the burger was Dry as hello, and somehow the bun was BURNT? Like how do you burn your bread? The food was exactly like the gal at the window; plain rude and depressing idk maybe she was not in the mood to say your welcome or even smile back. Now that I think about it, every time I go there the workers look like they hate their lives. I haaaate that this is the Wienerschnitzel closest to my house. Honestly while I’m writing this review my baby took one bite and doesn’t even want her burger anymore and she loves chili cheese burgers. This place just has to stop taking up space and giving people false hope. Retire this location and make room for a better place already.
My husband loves this place. Lots of variety and food that tastes good. My son really likes the Polish sandwich, polish dogs and mustard dogs. I don't eat hot dogs very often but I really like the Aussie dog!
Was in a few days ago, and had lunch. Noticed a couple of other customers eating and none of them had trays for their food as we used to get. I ordered mine to stay also and no tray, just bagged up! This is disappointing as it was good to get a clean tray, with a paper place mat on it for your food. After the covid scare all of us are a little more careful with our place setting as we eat, who know if the tables have been cleaned, who know what person sat there before is it clean or should we worry? This is just one more piece of customer service that has gone. Didn't lower the price, prices still going up. This location is not as nice of a place as it once was.
I’ve had a couple of good tries at this location. But mostly, it’s been more than disappointing. These fries are disgusting. Either made with stale or reheated stale fries, they’re chalky and the cheese makes it impossible. And the hot dogs, we asked for chili cheese dogs. American cheese. Whatever they use for shredded cheese is absolutely not what I asked for, these dogs and fries are just absolutely nasty. My fiancé can’t even eat them. Thanks guys for wasting my money. Won’t be making the mistake of going to this location again.
The one on North Temple and the other on 33rd south are far far better. Don’t bother with this location
