Literally the worst! Grandson asked to come here. He asked for a hamburger, ketchup only with 2 patties. That's what we ordered in the drive thru. It took the clerk a ridiculously long time to input it before we could order fries. Everything we said, he asked to be repeated. We get to the window and have a cheeseburger. We did not order a cheeseburger, and as far as my grandson is concerned, this make the meal inedible. When we handed it back at the window, the clerk was rude and acted like we had done something wrong. He finally goes to get a new burger. He brings the new burger out and it only has 1 patty, instead of 2. Then, when we try to notify them, someone else comes to the window and says what's wrong now. Then, the clerk proceeds to argue about what we ordered. This is a very standard order for my grandson. We know what we order. The guy is just looking at us as if we're going to just go away without our food. I finally have to ask if they're going to make it or not. He says we'll have to wait on patties. 6 minutes later, they bring us a double patty burger WITH cheese!!! We finally demanded a refund and left.
The service was the best I’ve ever received. The two young ladies who were working went above and beyond to provide the best service, the food was delicious and the store was very clean.
I bought the Polish Sandwich. The drive up menu stated $3.84. The total bill was $5.04. They cheated me. They need to update their menus prices. Not Happy!
The Chile cheese dog was the bomb!! Tried the meat dog, don't waste your money. The flavor complex ruined the Chile cheese experience.. The prices have gone up..
Had to pick up a doordash order a few hours ago. The lady handed me a small bag and closed the window, without asking me the order name or anything. It wasn't even the doordash order, it was the person behind us food, so they let us touch someone's food, take it without verification or paying, and slammed the window every time. Finally got the right order, but they forgot the drinks and rolled her eyes as she slammed the window again. I don't even eat here but if anyone does or orders late at night, don't. Rude, forgetful, and your food will be given to someone else. Only good thing, you might get some free food since they just hand you stuff and slam the window.
Went through the drive thru to pick up a quick bite. Ordered a chili cheese burger and chili cheese fries. Service was polite and quick. Food was pretty good as usual for Weinerschnitzel
I went through the drive through. Took longer than expected for 3 hot dogs. Food was delicious as always!
The fries were old and hard. The onions were old the hotdogs were cold. All the tables were dirty the floor were sticky n gross no bathroom had no bathroom tissue or towels. workers were distracted goofing off and ride. Answering the headset while taking our order. Sorry guys this place sucks!
