Just left this location and wow, the service was super Duper horrible like there’s no personality or Customer Service there. Just rude and threw my bag at me and slammed the window.
I go there almost every day for lunch to have a soft serve cone, and my husband has a chocolate dip cone and chili fry. The workers there are great they seem to be having fun. I recommend anytime you want a hot dog or a soft serve cone come by this Weinerschnitzel.
My son decided early today that he wanted to try Wienerschnitzel today... so there we went. 1st thing tgat struck me us the awkward way you are in the street while in their "drive thru"... for a business that has been there since 1968, you would think that they would have figured a better way to get customers in the drive thru in a safer manner.
Great customer service as we ordered, but when we pulled up and were waiting to pay, the stream of obscenities being thrown around by the two employees made me turn red as I had son in the car.
On to the food.. my son felt the chili dogs were good, the fries were goid and he like his oreo shake. I had the orange shake which left a lot to be desired. Whatever the mixture used to make the orange shake, it was not mixed in well and there were small clumps in the shake. I could not drink it and had to throw it away, which was too bad because it did have a good taste.
I usually love chili dogs. We ordered 6 chili cheese dogs took over ten minutes to get order and when got it had go back cause put onion when ordered no onion and hotdogs didn't seem grilled were pale and tasted like were just barely warmed up. Chili cheese dogs ate their staple and these were not all that great.
I just want to take a moment to acknowledge Malik this young man is going places he has the right attitude the right Spirit God is definitely working in his life keep it up Malik and don't let anybody change you God bless brother ????????
Ordered a family meal the server was awesome food great!
You sure can't beat a corn dogs. My hubs got the chili cheese dogs, his favorite.
Just like old times...great Chicago Dogs and strawberry lemonade ????
