Best WLM Reviews
This location is awesome! In the new horrible world of AI, the HUMAN STAFF at this location is STILL IN CONTROL with a pleasant voice and beautiful smile, not to mention delicious fresh food! I went out of my way to visit this location!! They also had an amazing outside eating area! VERY CLEAN inside and out.
I ordered a chili cheese dog there was about a tablespoon of chili on my hot dog, I also ordered a mustard dog add ketchup I had no ketchup. Such a simple order 6.00 bucks plus.
Food overall good, but pricing seems pretty out of sorts for what it is, thank goodness for coupons! But! Their shakes have been the main reason to go there, they hit it out of the holidays with peppermint and their new candy shakes are killer. Dropped to 4 stars due to pricing and the non-poppy seed bun for the Chicago dogs - but at least they have sports peppers.
You can tell that they care. Food was hot and delicious. Get the chili cheese fries burrito! Polish sandwich was awesome too
They resorted to ai to handle drive through I will no longer support this business disappointing
Didn’t want to order on the virtual wanted a real person due to using a coupon. Was then totally ignored. Pull up to the window just totally ignored. March 28, 2024 8:39 p.m. This store will never get my business again. Very disrespectful! Hope you get the same treatment who ever you are.
Don’t bother going the AI order setup is trash and a waste of your time.
If you are going to advertise on every website and your building that you’re open till 12am then stop leaving the building empty by 11:30pm. I’m tired of driving over here after work with what you guys advertise to be 20 minutes left till closing and pulling up to find an empty dark building that’s clearly been closed for awhile. The least you guys could do is change your hours if you don’t want to staff the building all the way until the advertised hours so it stops inconveniencing customers. There is another Wienerschnitzel in the area that advertises an earlier closing time which i appreciate because it doesn’t waste my time unlike this establishment.
