It's 80° outside and there is no air conditioner. It's actually cooler to eat outside. Flies in the dining room. There was nobody waiting in line, yet it took them 10 minutes to acknowledge us and take our order, which they messed up. They missed an entire meal, and a drink. Other people were in line and they were also complaining. Don't go here. You might get sick. The workers also didn't know the bathroom code, so nake sure you stop at a gas station first.
The food was hot and good. The restaurant was a little messy. Tables and floors were not as clean as they could. No paper towels in the restroom. We don't have a DW in our home town. I was excited to go there. The food didn't disappoint. We got chili cheese dogs and fries.
Best Wienerschnitzel in town. Always hot & fresh (except corn dogs). Generous portion sizes & with sauces. Nice employees good hours, they never close early. Always open when say they are unlike Ft Union location. Nice parking lot & restaurant looks nice but never been in. The drive thru is a bit tight for non compact cars.
We ordered chili cheese fries, hotdog, and burger. They were very stingy with the chili, which is the first time we've experienced this at Wienerschnitzel as the other locations we've gone to have not been this stingy. We will continue to go to other locations, but do not plan to return here.
First time at this location. I ordered the corn dog/chili dog combo. I got through the drive through, the middle age guy Had absolutely no customer service experience. I don't think he even said hi. We had a silent transaction... I didn't really think anything since I just gave him my card and grabbed my food and left. I get back to my office and there is no ketchup or mustard. Who doesn't OFFER those at a hot dog business?? Granted, I could have asked myself and checked the bag before I drove off...but still...atleast offer it. Lucky for me our office has condiments. Another thing, my chili dog was wrapped in paper, I wish they had the little paper plate bowls like sonic. Food was good but good service, none.

In my personal experience, I have found Wienerschnitzel to be a fantastic spot to grab some delicious chili. The quality of their chili is undoubtedly one of the best around, and it is definitely what keeps me coming back for more. Whether I am in the mood for a chili burger or chili fries, I know that I can always count on Wienerschnitzel to deliver a great taste that satisfies my cravings.
However, one minor drawback I have noticed is that the prices at Wienerschnitzel could be more affordable. While the quality of the food is excellent, the cost can add up, particularly if you are purchasing multiple items. Nonetheless, I believe that the quality of the food is worth the price, and you can still get a great meal without breaking the bank.
Overall, I would highly recommend Wienerschnitzel to anyone who is looking for some fantastic chili. It's an excellent spot for a quick meal or a snack, and the chili is definitely worth trying out. If you are in the area and looking for a great bite to eat, I would suggest checking out Wienerschnitzel - you won't be disappointed!
So today, 8/31/2022 has been the third time I have come to this location. The staff is friendly and phenomenal. I haven't had a Chicago dog since I left Chicago 29 years ago. The only thing missing is the poppy seed hot dog bun.
The cucumber lemonade is the bomb!
Even though construction on 3 west is not fun this place is worth the drive.
The chili cheese hamburger is so awesome as well.
I will try it next time.
