OK ???? in a pinch. I ordered the Double Chilli Cheeseburger not the highest quality best burger (1 star down for that). Root Beer Float was a 5 ????.
Chicago Dogs ???? (fast service/super fast at window w/two young males).
Watermelon Lemonade was very refreshing and better tasting (not overly sugary) over other fast food menu drink items imo.
The ladies were great. They helped me out and got me my food. I was able to make them laugh because I told them to stop Drinking Water Bottles! They are for the customers!!.. :) But overall this place been here for years and always loved the food... Wish it wasn't so expensive though.
I just spent $34 on food here and when the girl handed me the ONE bag I asked if everything thing was in the bag she very rudely said “ya!” As if how dare I ask. I just got home and only half of my order was in the bag! I tried calling, but apparently they have changed their number! I won’t be back here ever again
What is so hard about saying, "I'll be right with you?" Good Customer service is like a unicorn these days. Hot chili and a cold hotdog.
4 stars might surprise you, but Wienerschnitzel isn't trying to be Chinese Laundry and they shouldn't be compared. Wienerschnitzel is great at what I want from them: tasty fast food that doesn't break the bank. The Bradshaw Wienerschnitzel is fast, friendly, accurate, and consistent. I never miss a chance to drive thru (there is no dining room) when I'm in Sac. My go-to order is two all-beef chili cheese dogs and a regular chili cheese fries. I usually enjoy my treat while parked in the shade in the lot that W shares with a Shell station. What can I say, it's comfort food for me, and it always brightens my week.
Not much on atmosphere as it is a walk up outside a gas station. Their food is consistent and staffing seems to be always low but they always make the best of it with jokes and smiles. Still the same old chili and corn dog from growing up. Enjoy.
I was craving a corn dog so I stopped by to grab one at the Bradshaw location. I was not impressed with the customer service. I felt like I was being an inconvenience since I was the only one in the drive thru. The girl at the window kept opening and closing the window on me as I was paying and getting the food situated in my car. I’m not sure what that was about, maybe to keep herself warm which I can understand. However, a customer like myself who has worked in fast food and has the capacity to think of things like this, is going to be a lot more understanding than someone who has not. It could come across as being rude and impatient. That’s really what I felt but easily shrugged it off. I would think that wearing a jacket of some sort would help with the cold. Anyway, the food is always pretty good but I don’t really get food that often here simply because I think it’s rather pricey for the amount of food I get. I usually only go when I really want a corn dog. The corn dog meal is $10 bucks for fries a single dog and a small soda. I have other fast food options that provide a much larger portion of food for $10 bucks. I’ll still get food here, but it isn’t my first choice.
It used to be a great place to go to but lately the service has dropped and it is like talking to robots. In addition the quality has gone way down. My fries were undercooked both times, so bad in both cases I threw them away after eating just one. They tasted almost like raw salted potatoes.
