Ordered my food on the app, picked it up and took it home. Open my burger to find a single patty when I paid for a double. What a disappointing experience. I even mentioned my order of a double when picking up. Is it standard practice to rip off customers or just poor customer service?
First experience , took 2 young grandsons and got mixed reviews. We liked the indoor seating, it was clean and bright. The gal who took orders was friendly without warmth????????♀️. The food, average but priced decently.$1.99 for a rather small sized chili dog. No spiciness at all, a bit bland.
Fries were so good- hot, salted well, nice.
The milkshakes@ $3.79 were ok, not notable.
The reason for the 3 stars was it’s unremarkable factor. Just a fast hotdog too messy to eat in the car.
Food and service are great. Some homeless people around the area panhandling and the inside temp was hot. Regardless, I will continue to frequent this location.
Wanted a shake but the ice cream machine was "broken". Waited in line for almost 30 min from the order box to the window. I couldn't leave the line because it was only big enough for one car to fit through the lane. I'll never go back to this location again. Seriously, how long does it take to make a hot dog?!?
Incompetent idiots that work here. I asked for NO mustard on my Chicago dog and 2 plain dogs WITH buns. Got home and saw there was mustard and the two dogs with NO buns so we went back and I watched the cook put mustard on it AGAIN! so she had to make a THIRD and STILL had to ask and "make sure" it was no mustard. And when getting only buns bc they didn't give us buns the first time the cook when to make 2 more dogs. I pray they get rid of the cook or put her on cleaning duty. This was absolutely ridiculous.
Jalapeño poppers got undercooked the lady that cooked them didn’t really seem to care when I mentioned that I was pregnant and just walked away like she didn’t hear me. This location is cooking food that goes in the fryer needs to be cooked before they start getting people sick.
This place is discussing and a disappointment. The health department should really visit this place. I came home to eat my meal and to my surprise I found hair in my food! Per health code the staff is suppose to wear hairnets to prevent this. I do not recommend this place.
Went in to collect my birthday corn dog, just after lunch hour ended. Very little traffic at this time. I presented my coupon via my phone and I got my receipt and stepped back...
After what seemed 15 minutes I was wandering if I had been forotten
FINALLY my ONE com dog was rescued from the deep fryer and put on the rack to be bagged. Having to tear self away from leaning on the door jam in the kitchen the cashier wrapped the dog and put it in a bag and I stepped up and took it, then asked for some mustard packets and a napkin. She rolled her eyes and with a condescending sigh, put ONE of each in the bag. Let me say that the corn dog was as it should be. I am good with the food, but I don't understand how it took so long. Can't mess up a frozen, pre-made item in the preheated and timer set Fryer, open bag, drop in oil push button and await the Buzzer. Perfect every time. It's getting the PROCESS STARTED that seems to be the snagg.. Oh well, kids, right?
