I’ve been going here since I was younger. Service has declined. Night staff is rude. I checked my order before leaving and didn’t see the chili cheese fries I ordered so I asked the lady working there and she gave me attitude and said I never ordered it. She told me to get back in line. That’s fine I get it. But then I asked for my receipt because I did not get it and the worker said she gave it to me in the bag. Nothing was in my bag. This place has a terrible type of customer service. Doubt I’ll be back. It’s sad to see a staple of this town lose respect because of the rude workers.
The service here was excellent!!
Jean went above and.beyond, I’m a truck driver and he came out quick to help take my order since he knew I was in my truck and couldn’t go through the drive-tru. He took my order and brought my food to my truck. This is amazing service and will be coming back.
Thank you Jean!!
Always gets my order correct and very friendly service. Always!
I bought two chili dog combos. The hot dogs were soggy and the chili on top was nothing but gravy. The french fries were over salted couldn't even eat them. And the coke was the only thing that was normal. This place sucks! Look no one here.
Always getting orders wrong and/or having to come back for food . Employee doesn’t take accountability and instead gives attitude. Horrible
It felt nice to go back to wienerschnitzel since it's been awhile since I have gone but I really did miss the corn dogs and chili cheese fries.
Very funny and nice staff. The food was "meh" typical fastfood. Location of the first wienerschnitzel.
They tried to charge me 18$ for 4 chili cheese dogs an a fry bullshit
