Unsanitary!!!! They dont use gloves when they package ur hotdogs they grab everything with there bare hands. Im a returning customer and seem them do it multiple times. Please watch thru the drive thru and check for urself
The pictures speak for itself. This is the Mac and cheese. Bought 2 hotdogs and this contraption. This cost roughly $24 all together.
There was only one lady working and even though the drive-thru was crazy busy she still was super kind and quick about getting my order and preparing it. Food was hella fresh, delicious, and their prices aren't crazy like some other local locations. Probably my favorite Weinerschnitzel in SD.
Horrible staff! I waited for over 10 minutes at the intercom, went up to the window, and the cook hid away from the grill, avoiding any assistance. When he noticed I had seen him, he simply pointed elsewhere and didn't help. The cashier arrived late and claimed he wasn't trained. Do you need training to take an order or make 3 shakes? To top it off, I had to ask for my receipt.
Had a problem with my drive thru order & the portion applied & the $ I spent when got home. I called & went back they replaced both my chicago dogs fully loaded!

Worst experience of my life. I don’t understand why anyone can think this is ok? I arrived in the drive thru a little after 3:30 pm Sunday with only 1 car in the drive thru. When i got there the car was already at the window so i was able to order very quickly. I asked for 3 cones 2 dipped 1 regular. I waited for exactly 31 minutes to get to the window. When i finally got to the window no one greeted me or anything i waited for 4 minutes still nothing so i rolled up the window to continue letting the ac run. 7 minutes after that i guess she was finally going to collect the money when she got there she saw my window up & got mad so she literally closed the pay window. She didn’t even give me a chance to roll down mine. So i rolled mine down completely and turned off the ac still nothing. Then i see a male associate take the food to the car behind me & collect his debit card when i only had ice creams!!! Like how ridiculous & petty can you be? My husband at this point was very irritated so he honked once just to see if someone would attend us since the “excuse me s” were not enough. When she came to the window rudely she said “we don’t have any dipped stuff for the cones” are you serious! You couldn’t tell me when i was ordering? I had to wait 44 minutes total all for you to say there was no dips? Worst establishment ever, you all need some classes in customer service & ettiquette because how you continue to have customers is beyond me.
Good place to stop and grab a quick meal. Outside tables lots of parking gas stations and many other stores to choose from and restraints. Drive through.
It's been a long time since I went to a wienerschnitzel. I remember there used to be meat on the chili dogs. The picture sold me but the product disappointed me. Not to mention I think the kids working the counter forgot what it's like to be a customer
