The customer service was exceptional! Although I didn’t catch her name, the lady who assisted us made my family and me feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was perfectly cooked, and the entire store was spotless, creating a wonderful dining experience.

I ordered 2 chilli cheese dogs and a large drink. I get to the window and was handed a huge bag. I immediately pushed it back to the guy at the window named Angel that this was wrong in which he said to keep them and pushed the bag back to me I gave him back my cc because he charged me $35 for 10 hot dogs I handed my card back to get a refund but instead he charged me another $31 dollars. I didn’t realize this until I got home. I called spoke to a manager named Mike said if I would come back before 9 he’d fix it. I handed him both receipts explaining what happened. He refunded the $35 only. I called him the next day to tell him I would come up there to be refund the $31 and then to pay for my correct order. He told me no it had been processed and nothing he could do plus Angel from the window said I took off with the 10 hot dogs. I called several times Mike the manager was rude and if I didn’t get to talk to him I was hung up on. They stole my money!!! I will get it back. The owner needs to know what his employees are doing and how they are treating customers. I’m pressing charges against them for theft and have a family member who’s a lawyer. I’m going to sue for harassment theft and emotional distress. All I wanted was to do things the right way. This location will be closed soon. I also contacted the Corporate location and the Better business bureau. Mike you are about to lose your job. Should not be a manager when you don’t know how. Poor owners
All 0 if I could. Went to drive thru and requested at least twice for melted cheese (the same cheese they use for their chili cheese dogs). Lady at drive thru was pretty rude. I saw what was given...fresh out the fridge shredded cheddar. It even felt colder than the vegetables. What made my experience more sour was how the male manager on duty mistreated me. Not only he lacked any qualities of a decent manager (acting like he hates life...I don't know..) but all I needed was my money back. He proceeds to raise his tone of voice in a unsafe manner, and snatches my card out of my hand while rolling his eyes and getting defensive with me. I did nothing wrong to be treated in such a disgusting manner. They'll probably lie and respond back to this, I'm sure, but either way I dont care, I'm letting future (and current customers) know by giving my honest review and protecting my peace by not going back there again! If you don't believe me, then that's fine, but just a heads up.
I ordered food from this location for lunch today and the wrong order came. They were supposed to send a new order back out. I never received it. I've called DoorDash to get a refund and DoorDash said I needed to call wienerschnitzels since I ordered through their app. I called wienerschnitzel back and they can't issue a refund till tomorrow morning. They want me to come in. I cannot come in as I work from home and do not have a car. Also the lady I spoke to at the wienerschnitzel's was rude and I will never take my business there again.
I called DoorDash again. They told me they refunded the amount back to the store. I called the store again and they can't give me a refund they said they don't have any information says I got the refunded. And when I asked them to call doordash as requested by DoorDash wienerschnitzel's said they can't call DoorDash cuz they don't have their number. And then they threaten to call the police cuz I kept calling them and they hung up on me several times. Where is customer service. I asked him where is customer service he said it's not our responsibility. What a company.
So when you ask for a chili Mac and the guy at the window decides to hand you just the Mac and your partner goes to pand you decide to call up there and someone picks up the phone and then hangs up each time because they know they've done wrong, you know you have hit the wronershnitsel on 4th Street in between Slide and Frankford.
Okay so everyone knows what to expect when you visit these establishments. Unfortunately this location does make alot of mistakes and does not always give the best food.
The last time visiting we got all of our chili dogs cold. Like I put them in the microwave to cook them cold. The fries where old and just all around bad. And the corn dogs where to dried out for my kids to eat them.
Thus is very common kind of experience at this location. It's why I seldom even give them a chance. I often drive across town to better locations.
Drive-thru lady was very nice and courteous and they got my order ready really quick and it was good, thank you! five stars all the way! ????
I hate that I love this place. They have always been good to me and my family. Only one mess up they put onion on my order. I ate it anyway. ????
