Outstanding just as tasty as when I was a kid ????????
I like coming here because of the location and food. It's clean inside and never too busy with a long line. The menu has changed a little but I can still get my hot dog with jalapenos. They even offer a free chili dog if you complete their survey.
I went today with my 4 year old. She loves hotdogs and this is usually a fun / good priced place. I had a coupon for a free corn dog. The girl at the counter was rude, acted like she couldn’t wait on us, waited on 2 other people first that came in after us. Then didn’t notice she charged for the corn dog. When I went to ask she said “oh well” I was like but you charged and I have the silly coupon promotion for the free hot dog “then she just stood there, then waited on someone else. I would have haggled but I was late to an appointment with my daughter. Honestly it was just rude and seemed like why even go here if always the wait staff is snarky. Like it’s a job, but I don’t act like that at mine. Just sad
Sadly, the cashier and cook bave the bare minimum understanding of the English language. Therefore, on my visit, I witnessed three mistakes on orders, including my own. Fast food shouldn't include a frustrating experience.
Max Payne share was good. Only thing that I will say captain from a 5 is is it does not have a drive-through and it's located on the Main Street and Hayward. Which makes its parking lot very small. So I would definitely suggest parking for it so you can just drive out instead of parking backwards. Random, but will be helpful information. Inside was very clean and they had a sanitizer stations so you can clean your hands. They also had a plexiglas that separated you from the cashier which I think that was helpful for no contact. I also found that this location was much quicker then the ones I been to and much appreciated. The staff was friendly and professional. No complaints
If you want a good tasting chili dog this is the place to go in Hayward.
I have been to different Wienerschnitzel's and the one in Hayward has the best Chili around so far.
Awesome place to get a hot dog! lemonade is super tart but always worth it after a long day
