Best WLM Reviews
Nice and clean restaurant. Friendly. Employees and helpful with food suggestions. Thankx.
Service and atmosphere was terrible. Customer service is completely awful. The manager is very rude. The manager speaks very loudly like if he’s mad all the time. The place seriously needs to hire better staff.
I am amazed at the prices here. We bought dinner for 3 and it was over $60. We will not be going back unless we win lotto
Cool Weinerschnitzel. Staff is great. Clean restrooms and air conditioned.
Some lady waiting for her order snatched my food and booked it. Staff replaced my order amd apoligized. Great customer service.
Out of the many times I've been to this location, they are always great. Once I was overcharged and while waiting for my food, the employee realized the mistake and refunded me the dollar back. I never would of noticed, but it was a nice gesture.
Short staff not enough workers. I was waiting by the register for someone to take my order and no one came because the lady was busy at the drive thru window. Both ladies working had no customer service they looked over worked because of the short staff. It took 10 minutes to wait.
Natalie & Jonathan are working so hard as well as the little staff on hands. They still had great customer service as much as I'm sure they felt overwhelmed. I appreciate the positive attitudes. Two great workers you want at your establishment. Thanks Guys
Very good customer service
