Ok, let me start off by saying this.have been eating here for years..I understand that they had a new cook..the burger was a flop..hot dog was a flop..they have flavor pumps for flots..my wife likes it in her tea..instead of saying no .why don't you charge per pump of flavor..and last but definitely not least. My wife had ordered a extra beef dog for work.but she didn't enjoy this time so I ask for her money back..the manager said she was not able to do that so my wife asked for a dessert in replacement of the hot dog .they said no to this as well..message to the owners. Please do better. We eat with you because your local and not a big brand like Freddy's.
The owner said she wasn’t going to switch my shakes out. Plus she told me to get out her restaurant. Then she told the employee to call the police on me. Because I wasn’t leaving
Never go to wiener works in hope mills just left gave me 2 hot dogs from yesterday The fries were cold and hard then the workers told me and the police it was from yesterday then the supervisor TRIED to have a attitude why because they selling old food then tried to refused to give me a refund lies gimmy so I'm banded LMBO did me a huge favor nasty place.

Very disappointed that I came from out of state to enjoy a childhood meal to only have my food covered in onions when I specifically ordered both dishes with ketchup mustard chili and slaw !!! Onion we’re on my cheese fries for his sakes … after asking the manger if she could fix my order I was told there is no refund and all sales are final. Coming 1200 miles and tell everyone about this experience was I was totally l let down!!! No refunds and no remakes is what I was told after spending $23 !!!
The place in hope mills is great! The manager there always makes sure his team delivers a hot product. I’ve never had any issues with the hope mills establisment or any other of the other ones. The food is always pretty decent for me.
The service was good, and I asked the cashier how was the food she replied she didn't know well the food was horrible and the restaurant was dirty. The floors were sticky, and the tables were dirty. It showed me that the owners didn't care based on other reviews the reviews are proving right
Stopped by at 9 pm. Sign on the door says open until 10 pm. Same online. Lights were on when I pulled up but they turned them off as soon as I tried to order. Don't waste your time. Wouldn't leave a bad review if this only happened once but it has happened multiple times at this location.
We enjoyed Weiner Works, but it is very much fast food/concession stand food. The service was fast and the employees were very friendly. In terms of quality, it reminded me of canned sauerkraut, hot dog chili, etc. The regular serving size is fairly small, but the price and flavor was good. We also tried the large sausage dog which was great and a little spiciness to it. Despite the name, they also serve burgers and chicken nuggets. Further, you can get fan merchandise and desserts including apple pie and banana pudding. The place serves Pepsi products also. The interior is a bit dated and needs a deep scrub.
