I ordered a super large order for an event I had in the Canyon Lake area. Called up Wicked Good Pizza and spoke to Mike. He made it totally easy to place an order and helped me put in an order for my large crowd that was the perfect amount of food. The pizza was delicious and piping hot when it was delivered!!! They even had some tasty gluten free and dairy free options for some of the kids with food allergies. I was super pleased with everything and highly recommend their business next time you want to feed a lot of folks with some tasty pizza.
We ordered the large salad & wicked meat pizza and added tomato, mushroom, & spinach. We order from the Sattler business regularly.
Today was a poor experience in terms of quality, accuracy, and service. I attempted to resolve this directly with them, but they did not want to speak to me. I called four times. Each time I was put on hold as soon as phone was answered for over 15 minutes each time then they hung up on me. After second attempt I asked not to be put on hold due to two previous issues. Guy said "OK, one sec" and put me on hold again. Once I called the fourth time I got their voice mail. I started to leave a message with the issues and I was disconnected. I thought I might have run out of time and called to finish message. After saying my name and starting to leave message I was hung up on again.
Since they don't want to talk I'll leave message here.

Besides pepperoni, all ingredients were piled in center of pizza.
Tomatoes only on half of pizza
A few shards of mushrooms bits in center pile.
Spinach missing
No sauce - cheese stuck to entire crust

Only had dark, tough, outer leaves.

Not what I expect from this place. We ordered a month ago and it was good, order correct, delivery directly from WGP, and service was polite. If you were having a bad night- take a break, but don't take it out on customers. Do better. Just terrible.
You can’t go wrong with the ORIGINAL PIZZA RESTAURANT AT THE CANYON LAKE AREA!!! Wicked has the freshest ingredients, the best service, and they have delivery too!! Don’t waste your time with chains or high brow Italian restaurants. They have the freshest salads too!
I’m not a big fan of Pizza, so I had the meatball sandwich. Oh my goodness, it was delicious. Also got their garlic bread and my hubby liked it. It wasn’t very buttery or cheesy so that’s a plus if your watching our calories. Parking is okay, it’s a shared lot w/other shops. I believe the owner was the one who helped us, he was vey helpful. I think I found a new place where to eat a meatball sandwich.
I went in and was treated right away. When I put in my order I made the mistake of ordering double pepperoni which made my pizza a little greasy. When I spoke to the young lady making the pizza she made me another and had the best customer service I have ever had. She needs to be running a large chain and training others how to do the same. The young lady’s name is Alia. The 5-star is because of her!
After reading some reviews it seems like the young lady is working with some bad staff. I also received bad customer service from the young man who was working with her, but she jumped in and corrected the situation. Had she not done that I am positive I would have received the same bad service the other reviews mentioned. Ownership should look to see who they had working on 8/31/2024 at 2:00. Bad customer service losses you customers for life. I will return if Alia is running the place. If not I will go somewhere else.
Went to the restaurant to get the pizza since it was an hour from closing time. It took about a half hour to get two large pizzas. The restaurant was mostly clean, but either the air conditioner was off or not working. The staff is nice enough. It was $30 for two large pizzas, which tasted pretty good. Cheese was good, sauce was good, crust was good, toppings were very flavorful. Way better than Pizza Hut for sure!
This used to be a decent pizza place but has gone down hill fast. At this point a frozen pizza would be a better choice, in taste and cost. We ordered a pizza Saturday night and was sure to check before placing the order that it wasn’t too late. The “pizza” we got home to was undercooked and undesirable. When I called to let them know that the pizza dough was not cooked in some areas, the person working there argued with me instead of just apologizing and moving on. He ended our conversation by saying, “If you didn’t enjoy it, maybe you shouldn’t order here anymore.”
