Best WLM Reviews
The pizza here is amazing, and the workers are quick to make your order for you. I normally don't leave reviews on places I visit, but tonight, I had the best pizza I've ever had from them. I literally called the business after trying the pizza to compliment their work.
Really was wary because of the reviews, but I went to website and saw that you can do an order through the Toast app (which I know it sucks to have to download an app and enter your cc info) to put in an order in because no one was answering phone. Still took the risk and even though the online reservation said it was going to take 1hr and 30 minutes to complete and be ready for pickup I called to double to check (which at that time they did pick up) that they received the order and would get it in right away. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me order was received and was ready in the next 5 minutes, so we went to pick up and it was done as soon as we stepped in store. This location is quite small but if you’re eating take out you wont have to worry about that. We ordered 2 XL of chicken Alfredo and supreme and our group loved it! We also had an order lemon pepper wings which weren’t all that and the wing department could use some improvement but overall the pizza was great 2XL and 10 wings for $65.
Cheap and sometimes cheerful pizza. Usually pretty quick and good quality though can be greasy and undercooked. Always better reheated. Delivery very slow but gets there in the end.
The pizza was great. I ordered the Alfredo pizza, and my friend ordered the Supreme. The crust was amazing.... thin on the bottom and light and fluffy along the edges. The sauce was good, and seasonings could be tasted. They lost a star due to being unwilling to substitute one equivalent topping. Price was comparable to othet pizza joints in a touristy area.
It met the minimum definition of pizza. The value is horrible. $32 for 2 large 1 topping and a soda (added 1 extra topping). Called my order in at 7:15, was told 30-35 mins. Arrived back at 7:45. "It's about to go in the oven". Waited in the restaurant for about another 20 mins before they realized I was still waiting. Finally paid at 8:10. Get home and it looks worse than a frozen pizza. I'll take a Red Barron any day over this. It wasn't cut correctly either. Had to use my own pizza cutter. I've tried this place 3 times, each more disappointing than the last. $32 for this, I'm done.
We ordered the large salad & wicked meat pizza and added tomato, mushroom, & spinach. We order from the Sattler business regularly.
Today was a poor experience in terms of quality, accuracy, and service. I attempted to resolve this directly with them, but they did not want to speak to me. I called four times. Each time I was put on hold as soon as phone was answered for over 15 minutes each time then they hung up on me. After second attempt I asked not to be put on hold due to two previous issues. Guy said "OK, one sec" and put me on hold again. Once I called the fourth time I got their voice mail. I started to leave a message with the issues and I was disconnected. I thought I might have run out of time and called to finish message. After saying my name and starting to leave message I was hung up on again.
Since they don't want to talk I'll leave message here.
Pizza
Besides pepperoni, all ingredients were piled in center of pizza.
Tomatoes only on half of pizza
A few shards of mushrooms bits in center pile.
Spinach missing
No sauce - cheese stuck to entire crust
Salad
Only had dark, tough, outer leaves.
Missing peppers, and tomatoes
Scant flakes of cheese
Not what I expect from this place. We ordered a month ago and it was good, order correct, delivery directly from WGP, and service was polite. If you were having a bad night- take a break, but don't take it out on customers. Do better. Just terrible.
Pandemic Timeframe | We were here on vacation and had heard about this location from some friends. It's apparent from the setup that they typically deal with takeout instead of dine in since most of their tables had stuff on them. Though they did have some tables to sit.
I deducted one star because there was no partition separating us from the cashier, and none at the tables, or anywhere else for that matter. Most of the employees were wearing masks properly, although a couple had some moments were they dropped them for a moment. Attention to covid was simply lacking.
On to the food... Had the food not been amazing it would have been three stars instead! We ordered a medium pizza which fed me and my wife and had three slices left over. We also got some cheese bread rolls. Both were quick, hot, and delicious when we got back to our place.
I would recommend for carry out anytime!
Pizza took about 25 to 30 minutes to get. Ordered left (11 min drive), and it was ready. We ordered the"Wicked." The tomato sauce had a great tomato flavor to it with no acidity. There was a good amount of meat. Totally recommend for the pizza.
