I recently visited Wicks Pizza and was absolutely blown away by both the food and the service! Let me start with the pizza—WOW. The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. I opted for their pepperoni, (for the kids pleasure) Before and it was hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Every bite was a delight, with just the right balance of flavors and textures.
But what really made my experience stand out was the customer service. There was a small mix-up with my order, and I received the wrong pizza. I was initially a bit disappointed, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they handled it with such professionalism and care. They quickly apologized and offered to remake my order right away, even throwing in a small discount for the inconvenience without me even asking. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and satisfied while I waited. Our server stayed on top of the drinks and checked in frequently enough to not be annoying or leaving us underserved.
When the correct pizza arrived, it was piping hot and absolutely delicious, worth every minute of the wait. Mistakes happen, but the way Wicks Pizza turned the situation around was impressive. They truly care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more, and I highly recommend Wicks Pizza to anyone who loves great food and outstanding service! Definitely 5 stars and much appreciated.
Highly recommend the mighty meaty pizza! Prices were a little expensive but it’s was so delicious. I got the blueberry lemonade spritzer and it was so tasty and so good! The service was nice and the place had such good vibes!
I've been going to Wicks since I was a child (1990s) and love this place. Family friendly, amazing food, super fun local atmosphere. Always a great place to go. The pizza costs a little more than normal but it's worth it.
We walked here on a weekend night. We got pizza and some entrees. We didn't have to be seated, but it took forever for someone to take our order and serve us. The food turned out really well. This place is huge. It's a bar and pizza place. The restroom is okay in terms of cleanliness.
Tried to order a whole pizza online, but something was wrong with online ordering, so went in and grabbed slices and glad I did, they were nice sized, but didn't have exactly what I wanted ALL the meats, but the sausage and pepperoni was good.
My wife and I have been eating here for years and tonight was the worst pizza I have ever had. I called in for a carryout order. When I went to pick it up I checked the order and the pizza looked overcooked. I asked the person at the counter if it looked a little toasty she just sniffed and laughed. I asked about having it remade she said sure it will be about 45 min. I asked why would they send something like that out she said that the pizza is to standard I explained that I have never had one look like that she said if I did not want it cooked that much I was supposed to tell them not to cook it all the way. I needed to eat something to take my meds and took it even though the crust was too hard to eat along with the burnt cheese. If this is there "standard" now it has greatly gone downhill.

The person that I was talking to about this was very short and condescending I asked to speak to the manger she patted her chest and said I am the manger
Update someone did reach out to me about my experience however after trying to contact them back several times they were either unstable or not in
Love Wick’s. Sometimes the sauce is different and it is sweet and thick and not the typical delicious sauce. That’s the only reason I took a Star away. The staff is always friendly and helpful, atmosphere is fun and nostalgic, but maybe time to part with the old carpets!
This is by far the BEST pizza i have had in years... wonderful ảtomospher and very friendly staff..
