Best WLM Reviews

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while! I am glad I finally did! I had the Fajita bowl with shrimp, the shrimp was cooked perfectly and the cheese that melted on top was awesome! The rice on the bottom was very tasty! My husband ordered the BBQ chicken wrap, it was huge and very tasty too! And he also had the French onion soup(delicious and not salty) My friends had the breakfast burger and the Hearty Kale & Salmon salad! Our waitress was very helpful and pleasant! I definitely would come back and try other entrees! The best was the dessert shots, the apple crisp and bread pudding, it was the perfect size after a full meal!
Amazing food and service. We sampled a few items from menu. Salmon salad was super amazing. Chicken was delicious as were the shrimp tacos. Tortilla soup was excellent. Only issue was the chicken eggrolls were a bit bland. But, the desserts made up for it. Great place and a must go to!!
Oh my!!! Top 10 hamburger in the country!! What a wonderful treat! So glad we stopped in! Very generous helpings. Great staff that is friendly! Did not have room for desert but boy it looked yummy!
Amazing!! We got the miner burger with the most unique bun which was so yummy. This was the perfect size burger & so delicious. Their house margarita is fabulous too!
This place was delicious! I got the motherload and it was so delicious! Such a great bang for your buck! I added bacon and an egg ; for someone who likes high protein/lower carb. My meal was perfect.
The only thing that was not that great was that it was cold inside as it's not really hot anymore and they have AC on .
We Sat outside and we're eaten by mosquitoes.
Other than this; this place was a 9/10.
Been here a few times. I’ve had a pleasant and enjoyable experience each and every time.
I like the feel of this restaurant. It’s got a modern and upscale vibe, and I consider the menu items priced fair in terms of competition. I see they are advertising a lunch special - $14.99 for an entree, side, and drink. Seems like a good deal - I must note that I’ve only eaten dinner here.
For starters, I was recommended the mozzarella sticks, so that was ordered. These are some very unique mozzarella sticks for sure—they are breaded in wanton paper! It was absolutely DELICIOUS and certainly a new take on a staple appetizer! Highly recommend! ❤️
I built my own wagyu burger with a mountain of toppings. It was made 100% correctly and cooked to my liking. If you build your own burger, highly recommend you add fried onions and avocado - neither of which they charge extra for! ????
As for the sides with the burger, they are known for their chips, so order that. That’s what I got and it was delicious!
Will be back got sure! ❤️
My experience was incredible! Mitch was our waiter and he’s a 10/10. Fabulous service and the food came out quick and hot. Food was delicious. I had a gluten free bun and it was probably the best gluten free bun I’ve ever had. When I asked what it brand it was, he and the one of the managers made sure I knew the name and even brought out the box to show me. Next time I’m in town I’m definitely going back.
Hey Mikey,
The only people that I let call me Jimmy are my close friends and family. Neither of which you are, so please now that you are aware, address me as Jim.
I'm lowering my rating from 2 stars to 1 for what I feel is a sarcastic and unprofessional review. I don't have all the answers but I do know customer service and quality. Neither of which you seem to understand. One would think that after all these years in the business you would have more of a clue.
Up first is Mikey's response to my original review which is just below it.
"Response from the owner a week ago
Jimmy, it seems like you got all the answers! Should open a restaurant yourself. We deeply apologize to you for not being anything you like and we will for sure take some of your feedback and use as a training tool for our staff. No excuses for not saying goodbye bye and thank you. Appreciate the visit and sorry we’re not the place for you. "
My original review:
This place seems to be having an identity crisis, not being able to choose between being a sports bar, fast casual, or a nice restaurant with no indication of being a tap room. Consequently it fails at providing a quantitative atmosphere. TV screens everywhere with none being large enough to warrant watching; a bar that seems to be thrown in as an after thought; and a noise level that makes conversation difficult.
Staff: Three hostesses that didn't greet or acknowledge us when we went up to the stand. One overworked bartender/waitress that was handling too many tables while bartending. One server that shouldn't have to ask who gets which items: this is a pet peeve of mine, why pay to have a separate person deliver the food but diminish the diner's experience by them having to ask who gets what? Plus not delivering food in a timely manner which led to lukewarm burgers.
There is a sign in the window indicating job openings for hostess, server, and bartender - always a red flag.
Food: we chose to have the burgers, a spicy barbecue, bacon, and cheddar almond with one build your own cheeseburger. The menu states 'prime' beef so there was an expectation of a nicely flavored burger. In both cases, the reality was a burger that seemed no better than a frozen patty slapped on the grill. The chips were greasy and the fries were average.
I can't speak to the rest of the menu items and frankly, there were many people dining here, all seeming to enjoy their meals. Possibly we just ordered the wrong thing. But if you're looking to have burgers there is a better option not too far away.
