Referring physician NTSANG, SADRINE asked my daughter to have some laboratory test which lab quest billed us for 405 USD. The insurance did not pay for it because the doctor put an insurance code that is not preventative. I have called and emailed their office for several times and for 3 months no action from them. They never helped us fixed the issues.
My experience with this clinic was so bad I wish I could’ve given it 0 stars. Please please save your time and money and go somewhere else. I promise you their good reviews are either paid or robots. I’ve never experienced such horrible service. I hardly received answers in their messaging system and would be on hold for an hour just to be hung up on. They make it impossible to get in contact with anyone. I spoke with 3 different people over the course of an entire week (after being on hold for a ridiculous amount of time). Each person told me I would have to wait for my insurance to be verified before I can schedule (even though the first person I spoke with told me that my insurance was verified already). I’m not sure whether it’s miscommunication between the staff or if it’s just laziness but something is very wrong.
Terrific! I've been a patient for over a year. I've always been treated with respect, and they have handled my concerns appropriately and with urgency. Excellent care and wonderful staff. Highly recommended!
Do not go here.
1. The providers often don’t see you on time. If you miss it because you have to do something due to it being an hour later, you are charged for those visits and have to call and fix the error. Then they tell you they don’t see it on their end. Very frustrating because I’m getting bills in the mail.
2. I was prescribed medication for a condition the doctor never told me about. My new provider is much more thorough. The only thing they did well was send my prescriptions quickly.
3. My first visit was great over a video call with a very supportive lady. After that, it Became a ten minute phone call with various providers. My provider had to ask for help while trying to serve me. I’m just not sure of the quality of the people they are hiring.
4. Getting a hold of someone is confusing. They text you from on number about appointments, text you about concerns from another, have another number to call directly, and the doctor calls you from a number completely different. If you try to call the doctor back, it sends you to a dentist office.
Overall, for your benefit, go someplace else. You deserve someone who will look out for you best interest and truly help you. This place did not help at all.
The service is terrible, finding the room and the doctor Xu with an appointment is impossible, never saw her. It is situation took us two days in person.
They mistreated us too when we we there.!

I’ve been a patient for several years now. The nurses that you see for your appointments change frequently, so it feels a little disconnected. But the care has always felt positive. I appreciate the care that I have received with them.
Absolutely the worst place in Houston. They take forever to respond. They set up appointments and do not show up on the call. Then try to charge us as a no show. The state needs to shut them down. Do not use this place. Horrible business.
Attended an intake session with an NP who then called the Dr. on speaker to debrief. I had a previous ADHD diagnosis and the Dr. did not even want to hear about it. I understand retesting to get her own medical opinion but to not hear me out is unsettling. What was even more concerning is that she did not even address me directly and was very rude to the NP. Very unprofessional. That being said, the office staff was quick and easy to get a hold of.
