Great location just off the I215 in Green Valley. Very clean and well stocked Whole Foods with a great and helpful staff. Can be a little crowded depending on the time of day, especially around lunch time or late afternoon when people are heading home from work. Inside you will also find an Amazon drop off location, an excellent deli, meat, and fish department as well as a bakery if you love sweets. There is also a little restaurant area, which can be quite busy at lunch. Overall, my favorite Whole Foods that is conveniently located for those of us living in Green Valley.
Produce is always on point and food I’ve noticed lasts longer than most stores we’ve shopped at. Luckily we have the Amazon prime to shop thru the app. Hands down, it is difficult to go back to other local stores since we’ve noticed produce last a bit longer.
This is the best whole foods I have ever been to. That is because they have a smokehouse!!!! Even better the charge off the post cooked wieght. I got 10 strips of smoke bacon for 3 dollars. The brisket is great too. They also have a juice bar and a sushi station. The prepared hot food bar is smaller than your average whole foods. Plenty of parking and the bar is fun and a good place to to eat before you leave.
I recently had a negative experience at this grocery store. I was struck by a door that an employee opened, and I sustained [minor injuries, e.g., a bruise or a cut]. While I understand that accidents happen, I was disappointed by the store's response to the incident. They accused me of having a mental illness, which I do not. This not only added insult to injury but also demonstrated a lack of compassion and professionalism. I hope the store will take steps to improve its customer service and ensure that such incidents are handled more appropriately in the future.
I contacted support like they replied for me to do, but support is equally lacking in professional attitude.
Brandon was phenomenal he was actually CLOSED and took care of my daughter and I! I was truly blessed for him to have had a pleasant demeanor and was willing to stay a few more minutes to help us! Blessings to BRANDON ????
I decided to get a Whole Foods credit card last January. When I started using the card, at first I would scan my account and swipe my credit card. Various workers at this location told me there was no further need to scan my account anymore since I got the Whole Foods credit card. It was only last week that one worker told me that after all this time, my Prime account was not automatically connected to my credit card which means for almost a year I have lost all Prime holder benefits. If I had been told to link the credit card or just keep scanning my app I would have done so! I have tried calling customer service twice only to be told they could adjust the charges on my credit only for the past month. After asking to speak to a supervisor, I have been placed on two 30 minute holds only to be told I would get a call or email back. One representative had the nerve to tell me I hadn't received a call back because of Thanksgiving...weeks from now. This is Amazon we are talking about not a small store! If the employees at the store are telling me not to scan my code why would I? There were months for an employee to point this flaw out. There goes hundreds of dollars that I was supposed to receive as a Prime member...
I stopped by Whole Foods 100 S. Green Valley Pkwy Henderson, NV on 07/15/24 for a quick grocery run and I had a super pleasant experience shopping there today. Not only was the entire store super immaculate as it always is, but the atmosphere seemed to be especially warm and inviting. I found every item I was looking for and the prices today were very exceptional as well. When I got to check out two super nice and very professional ladies assisted me and the 5 Star customer care they gave me was the highlight of my shopping experience today. It was a very special day for me today at Whole Foods. The care I received from the two lady associates was absolutely the Best In Class Service and it made my visit a most memorable one and it changed the course of my day and the experience me feel like I had value and it made me feel very Special!! Whole Foods is loved and/or hated by folks, I love their selection, and quality. You need to have an Amazon prime membership to take full advantage of their cost savings. I think they have some of the freshest produce in town. The hidden gem at Whole Foods is their employees, everyone is always courteous, kind, and willing to go out of your way to help me out. I will always stop in Whole Foods to grab a quick bite or shopping for the week.
