I've been to Whole Foods stores on and off for years. This location was recently remodeled and the new layout is a big improvement. I never purchased meat from their butcher counter before, but did for the first time recently. The meat was excellent. I was very impressed.
This place is overpriced by leaps and bounds but the shopping expirence is amazing. The store is gorgeous , clean and so beautifully organized.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experiences I've had at your store. As a regular customer, I have come to expect a certain level of quality and service from Whole Foods, but unfortunately, my recent visits have fallen short of these expectations.
Firstly, the quality of the paper bags provided at checkout is extremely poor. They are thin, flimsy, and frequently tear under the weight of groceries. This not only causes inconvenience but also reflects poorly on the store's commitment to providing reliable and sustainable packaging solutions. It is imperative that you address this issue immediately by sourcing more durable and sturdy paper bags.
Secondly, the conduct of some of your employees during checkout is highly unprofessional and disruptive. On multiple occasions, I have encountered staff who continuously hover around customers, offering unsolicited advice and instructions. This behavior is intrusive and bothersome, akin to the constant buzz of a fly. While I appreciate that your staff are trained to assist customers, it is crucial that they are also trained to recognize when their presence is not needed and to respect the customer's space and autonomy unless explicitly asked for help.
I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues. Improving the quality of your paper bags and educating your employees on appropriate customer interactions are essential steps towards maintaining the high standards that Whole Foods is known for.
Customer service is severely lacking.
I stopped in last week and saw that Hydroflask tumblers, similar to Stanley, were on sale for $22, so I bought one.
My daughter ended up wanting the other color offered, brown.
I tried to exchange it this week and all the woman at the front would do is tell me they could refund only, despite me having purchased the product last week and wanting to exchange.
I can shop anywhere and if I'm going to be hassled and spoken to like an inconvenience, I'll go somewhere else.
I'm telling you because I want to enjoy shopping here.
What I can say that is positive: the fish market has been wonderful.
The bakery isn't as good as it used to be. I went there to buy a birthday cake, and there were only a couple of cakes. I've never seen it so empty. Also, the male employee behind the counter stood there BS-ing with a woman who wasn't even buying anything. The both of them saw that there were customers waiting but didn't acknowledge us. Finally, a young female employee saw what was happening and came over to assist us.
Nice well stocked store ,moderate pricing ! Has good variety !
This Whole Foods grocery store offers a good selection of fruits, vegetables, canned and boxed goods, dairy products, seafoods, meats, baked goods, beverages, household items, etcetera.
I most recently went here to buy vegan desserts, and the bakery did have some available. My husband and I also selected several other foods to buy. We felt happy with the quality and flavors of all of the foods.
We do have a problem with Whole Foods not recognizing our Prime membership at the check-out.
They have a very good vegetables and fruit department. The fresh foods are very select and good. The prices are slightly higher than a normal grocery store. The selection is good for items that you might be looking for. It's normally pretty easy to get in and get out, the store is laid out pretty well and well lit.
