Sadly, I arrived late in the day, so I wasn't able to check out the entire store because they were closing. I found beautiful flowers and gluten-free options. It's pricier than ALDIS, but then having Prime membership gave a discount. The staff was super helpful and nice doing so ???? I will go back again
Best place to shop when you need to get in and out. No lines. Decent grab & go @ the hot bar before 1PM. Lamb, Fish, Milk & Eggs is all I buy here because I've found that the quality and selection is better than Dash, Tops and Wegmans. Walmart fulfills most of my other needs.
Great market with good quality food including a buffet. However, what bugs me is that at almost any time on weekends pizza takeout is impossible because the responsible person seems to have „called off“. I‘ve probably called more than 10x on various days and times. It appears they just don’t want to deal with it.
Austin in the grocery department here is the best!! My mom and I came to Whole Foods a few weeks ago to buy flowers and have them arranged into a bouquet for my birthday and when we didn’t see anyone working in the floral department we approached Austin and asked if anybody could help us out. He went to go find someone and came back saying “the bad news is nobody from floral is here anymore but the good news is I can try doing it!” Safe to say he absolutely killed it!!! We showed him an inspo pic and he worked so hard at perfecting the bouquet and making it look just like the picture, even down to the wrapping and the bow. He truly did an amazing job and I couldn’t be more grateful that he took the time to help us out! My day was made! Whole Foods is lucky to have an employee as kind, considerate, and talented as Austin!
Since the prices at Wegmans just keep going up and up, we decided to give the Whole Foods a try, and we were really wonderfully surprised at how much we loved everything. The selection was great, the prices are now comparable to Wegmans, and the staff are actually helpful. I actually enjoyed shopping for a change!
Best location to shop, in my opinion. The Rochester location I don't find as good. But I love Whole Foods in general. It's better than any other grocery store for sure.
It's a nice, spacious store. The products are easy to find. There are a fair amount of vegan and gluten-free products. Also, it has a great selection of fresh foods. I went specifically for a brand of food that excludes onion and garlic.
First time going! I loved that I didn’t see any mold on berries! And they stayed fresh for so long! The prices are higher but well worth it when there is quality & good customer service!
