My wife was seriously disrespected by an employee at this location. She was just simply asking for help working the Amazon return machine when the employee decided to say no to her face and walked away. Then seeing my wife was struggling proceeded to have a power trip yelling across the store that she was using the machine wrong instead of being nice and helping her when she needed it. Never in my life have I seen a customer service worker so disrespectful.
Never in my life have I ever experienced such bad customer service. I was returning items from amazon through the self-service amazon machine and I've never used it before because I usually go to a different Whole Foods for returns. I had about 7 returns and was trying to work the machines and a Whole Foods employee walks up to her station and takes the woman behind me. After the employee finished helping the woman with her returns, I asked the employee to help me. This Whole Foods employee straight up goes "no, i'm only helping people behind you" and walks away from me. I'm sorry, what??????? Then I start putting a return in one of the clear bags and she yells at me from 10 yards away and says "you don't need to put that in a bag!" with an attitude. I tried to explain that I've never done this before and she repeated herself. After, I tried opening the drawer to place my return in and it wouldn't open, I was so confused. The woman comes over to me and says "ma'am you need to press OK you need to press OK" clearly irritated with me. If youre gonna be irritated with me and act like im incompetent then you should have just helped me in the first place when I asked for it.
It wasn't real late. But I was really wanting the prepared hot foods on the steam table. An associate had already removed it. I had to have all cold veggies and salad items. Some deluxe choc cupcakes saved the visit!

My go to place for clean food. I am very particular on how my cheese is packed. I prefer a shingle/tile effect that allows you to peel off each piece rather than stacked and come off in clumps, which results in water product. This store does it Goldilocks style. Just right.
I just moved to the area and went here for the first time this morning and could not have been more dissapointed. I was gonna get breakfast at the hot bar and get a coffee and not only was there no food at the hot bar but they didn’t even have a coffee bar or coffee station. I’ve been to numerous Whole Foods over the years and I’ve never been to one that didn’t at least have coffee. Terrible first experience and I will not be going back. The Darien Whole Foods is much better.
This location is a no for me. It’s an old grocery store that they converted to a Whole Foods and the layout is all wrong. You cannot move anywhere without being in someone’s way. Shelves were not stocked at all and nothing made sense where it was located so it took me more time than normal to shop. Self checkout is a joke if you have more than 5 items because the area where it’s located is way too small. I was forced to use regular check out and the cashier kept giving me the evil eye for not bagging my own groceries. ????♀️. This place made me feel very anxious and I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
Good prepared food and salad bars. Munchie aisle is sparse. Sushi is terrible. 365 brand very affordable. Everything else mucho expensive.
***Buyer beware*** if you are ordering for pick up, they do not include everything but they will charge you. Be sure to make them wait while you check everything or don’t even bother. I was missing half an order that they charged me for. The person in charge of this section at the store stated there was nothing they can do about it. I would have to go through refund process on the app. I just asked them to look in the ref section to see if it was just forgotten, nope, no can do. Poor customer service, poor work ethic at Westport Whole Foods. I had Covid and was trying to be responsible… not cool
