I like shopping here. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The only thing I dislike about this place is their deceptive marketing. They always place marked down items or promotional items next others that are not without having clear labels identifying which items are on sale. Or at least separate the marked down items from the the items that are not.
Employees make you feel like a bother. Especially at the Amazon returns, bakery and self check out! Never fails that I have to throw food out because it’s spoiled the next day! Usually produce this time it’s bread! Not 1 but 2 pkgs. Won’t be shopping there anymore. 2 stars is for the cashier I had. He was pretty good
Great place for wondering for a while, good place to know what you want if in a hurry. Always use self check out. Bring your own bags.
My first time in the Clark Whole Foods. This is a nicer, better maintained store than other Whole Foods I have tried. Staff was super helpful. I was pleased with the quality of the produce. Seafood looked great although there was a freezer unit out. The shelves were well stocked. They offered four self checkout registers. Ample parking. Good experience.
This place sells very healthy foods lots of organic items, they have a bakery, deli and hot food sections. Some stuff is affordable but most not affordable to people from a certain class. Also look out they already got machines inside where you scan your hand to pay for items. (In the bible)It's lazy but they are really enforcing the whole digital everything getting rid of jobs etc...
Whole Foods market really doesn’t need an introduction. They excel in organic produce along with top quality dairy and meat products.
This particular store is similar in design and layout to the other around. As soon as you enter the store, you’ll see the produce section, towards the back would be the meat and fish section, and at the end would be dairy and eggs. The isle have your typical snacks, breads, coffee and other daily household products. I didn’t get the chance to look at their hot bar section but I assume that is open with limited capacity and a buffet style.
Whole Foods are not known to be the cheapest in terms of price, but if you want top notch quality and want to support local farms, this store is the place for you.
I've only gone here a handful of times to do Amazon returns (great staff at that corner of the store) and today I had to do another return. I decided to finally try some of the store's offerings and grabbed some random things from their hot prepared food bar. I walked up to self-checkout and asked the staff member stationed there if the self-checkout machines can checkout the by-weight hot food easily (if not, I was prepared to go into a regular line). The guy gave me a tone and body language like he had anywhere else to be and I was the biggest inconvenience of his afternoon. I worked supermarket retail back in the day. I get it. But have the approach that if someone is asking you that question, they're probably a relatively new customer to the brand, despite it being around for many years. I can't stand when people screw up on the basics of customer service largely because I've been there before.
The hot food bar was horrible. One type of wing and the mac and cheese had no crust. The lady worker didn't speak English nor know what coconut water is. The young man at checkout acted like he didn't want to be there. No smile and negative energy. He was forcing me to go around a person at self check out, but the person was not finished. They would have backed up into me. I guess his critical thinking skills were on break. I didn't like the atmosphere here.
