This is a review of the hot food bar and pizza stations only. No matter what time I show up to purchase a ready meal, whether lunch hour or in today’s experience (see pics) at 4 pm - the hot bar is next to empty, overheated food and/or scorched. Pizza is never plentiful and have scraps to choose from. I’ve already mentioned this to the store manager several weeks ago and she assured me they were “on it” and if it happened again to please reach out.
I’m reaching out. This is unacceptable and gross. Will not be visiting this location again.
I’m disappointed with the hot food selection, especially the fried potatoes. They tasted like bacon, which makes me suspect they were cooked in the same place or with the same equipment used for preparing bacon. This isn’t what I expect from Whole Foods, where quality and attention to detail should be a priority. For those who don’t eat bacon or are looking for vegetarian options, this is a big letdown. I hope the store can address this issue and ensure better separation in food preparation in the future.
I shop in Whole Foods every week. I have bought their cinnamon raisin bread for a long time. The size of the bread has gotten a lot smaller. But, the price has stayed the same. If you’re giving the bread to a child it may be adequate. For an adult it is way too small. But, if you intend to keep the smaller size reduce the price. It shouldn’t be the same price as when the bread was much larger!!!!
Recently, I’ve chosen to go to a different Whole Foods Market instead of the one I used to visit every day. I used to appreciate the wide variety of products, but now it seems like the selection has diminished. I’ve also noticed that the staff generally appears unhappy, which negatively impacts my shopping experience. While they still offer some options for those looking for healthy products, I can say that this store isn’t meeting my expectations.
I needed to return Amazon item to the A mason Locker and it’s the best place to do it - no line, it was so quick and no waiting at all.
Also, when I asked a question at Deli department, a worker came to me, walked to the place, where was a food, which I wanted to buy… I was really pleased! I didn’t overspend any extra time in waiting.
I highly recommend this place for shopping and finding everything what do you need.

Whole Foods employees look at you like you’re stealing, especially in self checkout. Relax your minimum wage job isn’t cutting it. Pizza department is horrible with horrible employees that do not want to work. Manager at this location is useless and pathetic. Don’t pay them a visit, worst grocery store ever.
I hate this Whole Foods. I hate that it's the only decent grocery store to me and dread every minute I'm there. Not only are most of the employees just straight up mean and rude, the whole set up doesn't make any sense. It's such an aggravating shopping experience designed to make the shopper frustrated and confused. It's the only grocery store I've ever seen set up in such a nonsensical way then you have to deal with unhelpful and rude employees on top of that. I hate that I'm reviewing a grocery store, but after a dozen unpleasant experiences I feel inclined to let people know it's not them, it's this store.
I enjoy buying all the fresh produces prices are always cheaper. The employees who work there are always courteous and friendly. I highly recommend whole foods for its fantastic customer service and delightful shopping experience.
