Best WLM Reviews

Hello,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my recent experience with your reception service, as it was quite frustrating.
I was on hold for 45 minutes before the receptionist picked up, only to be placed back on hold for another 20 minutes. During this time, I feel there could have been better communication. When placing a caller on hold, it’s helpful to check in periodically if the hold time extends beyond a few minutes.
This experience lasted over 30 minutes total after the initial wait, and I believe some retraining might benefit your team to improve customer interactions.
I appreciate your attention to this matter, and I hope my feedback helps enhance the service for future callers. The receptionist was great when the call was finally answered. Thanks,
The staff here are very warm, compassionate, thorough and professional. They were able to get me in for an appointment due to a cancellation when NO OTHER DENTISTS were accepting new patients. I appreciated that they worked with me and made space. I received a thorough cleaning and x-rays. The hygienist and assistant were kind and patient. Dr. Unger was very detailed in his explanation of what I needed according to my x-rays. I left there feeling amazing! Beautiful building and office, quiet, calm atmosphere, very clean.
My baby brother sees dentist Dr. Unger in Albany office. He is really nice and patient! When we checked in, I gave the front desk staff my baby brother’s school dental form to fill it out. Before we left the office, I was asking to have the form back so we can leave. The front desk staff blamed us to not give the form directly to the dentist. Dr. Unger filled the form after seeing the next patient, came out of the office and delivered the form to my hands. We didn’t need to wait so long.
The next dental appointment we had that we got blamed to arrive to the appointment late. The traffic was bad and we live really far. The dental hygienist explained to us that Dr. Unger takes break at 1:30pm, which we may ruin his lunch break. Dr. Unger didn’t complain, still really patient and nice and not showing any rush to leave at all even though he should be on his break. He made sure my baby brother’s new filling feels comfortable and taught us how to take care of his teeth better. He is such a nice person and doctor!
Waited on hold for 50 minutes. The receptionist picked up and put and me on hold for another 10 minutes before picking up and immediately hanging up on me. If you’re not taking patients or interested in accepting calls don’t waste a prospective patient’s time.
My first visit was great but I've been trying to get back in for another issue and just spent 2 hours on hold for the lady to say that first she could not hear me then tell me there are no openings. That is NOT ok, especially when the message on hold says they are accepting new patience but can't even see established patients, this is in reference to the dental department
I do not recommend. I'm 15 and I'm not stupid. The lady who cleaned my teeth was rude. When she was asking me about when I brush my teeth it took me awhile to answer and she said in a rude way "why is it taking so long to answer" and when she did my teeth she was really aggressive and my gums hurt badly. I still taste blood. The Dr guy was nice while the other lady was rude and aggressive. I was sent to the waiting room cause I had to wait for my sister to get out. When I was sitting in the waiting room I heard one of the lady's on the phone arguing with someone on the phone who was trying to make a appointment for a friend because of a emergency and the lady was telling her that her friend needed to call themselves and was saying how it wasn't a emergency room. Overall this was my worst experience with any dental place ever.
Do not recommend. Would leave zero stars if possible. A decade of my dental records just disappeared from their files and now they claim I've never been to this clinic. As if all the fillings in my mouth that they put in just magically appeared on their own. Also, you can never get an appointment when you call. You wait on hold for up to an hour and they just tell you to call back in a month.
Called around looking for a dentist that accepts my insurance and found only this place. Tried to make an appointment was told to call back June 1st. When I explained the problem she told me to call at 8 am for an emergency appointment. I called at 8 am the next day and waited for 2 hours on hold at position 1 only to be told they have no appointments and call back June 1st.
