Best WLM Reviews

I have been trying to call a dentist for 2 days. I wait 2 and 3 hours and nothing. They finally take my call today after 2 hrs waiting and the girl gives me a lot of attitude. And telling me that they have her working alone. That she can't talk to me How people working like that in the clinic in the front desk. I spoke very nice and polite for her to speak to me like that so what kind of clinic is that. I called there because people recommended it to me and it was good but I see that it wasn't. Treating people badly is the best thing they know how to do.
I went for an 8:15 to establish care with a provider here and although I wish I could have gotten my appointment schedule quicker, the appointment itself went fantastic. Paperwork was a little hectic but once I started talking to my provider I was able to get everything figured out and I got a lot of help figuring out my financial options regarding care which was fantastic.
My girlfriend was on the phone waiting for over an hour just waiting to talk to a receptionist, and they would refuse to take her girlfriend for an emergency visit. I am Highly disgusted with the way she was treated, not only did they have no resolution but they did not show any empathy of the situation.
been there twice so far, great place,dr chris unger is so cool, great dentist, very personal, highly recommend him
They are the kindest and most compassionate staff ever. Thank you. Kyla, Dr. Kelly Jarvis, Nurse Maria, the front desk staff, and others. I can’t thank you enough.
I had the unfortunate experience of speaking to someone over the phone today who was extremely rude! I called to set up an appointment for a specific reason and was told that I would need to get on a waitlist for July/August. Great! – so I thought. The individual then proceeded to ask if I was planning on making this office my primary care and when I responded “no,” she responded, “well this is a primary care agency” and abruptly hung up. I was shocked beyond words. After waiting over 30 minutes to speak to someone, one would expect to have an informative conversation before being rudely disconnected. If the representative fully explained the offices’ procedure and gave me the opportunity to respond, I would have been more than happy to make this office my primary care. But I’m sure this unfortunate situation is for the best!
If this person’s actions are anything indicative of how this office functions, special attention needs to be directed to customer service training. Medical issues are complex and office procedures are not known to the public, therefore, providing potential patients with complete, accurate guidance is imperative. Furthermore, exhibiting patience and respect for human beings should come with the territory! Based on my experience, I will not recommend here to anyone. All the best!
My and my husband are patients there they have great stuff, give as really nice treat every time and very helpful . My health provider also prep specialist is Kyla she’s amazing and my doctor Jennifer ????????????????️‍????
The office remodel looks amazing, and the team of Dr's, nurse's, and staff were all awesome keep up the good work.
