Went early- course was in great shape! Especially for late November. Greens were excellent. The bunkers are dirt not soft sand. Which I actually prefer. Staff very friendly- from check in- cart guys- cart girl - starter & London at the snack bar. Only downside is the price. However- overall very enjoyable tract.
Really enjoy this course. Greens are in great shape; rolling fast, always enjoyed the course design, friendly staff, carts are nice with GPS, cold towel on the turn, fully stocked pro shop. Hopefully revamp the bunkers soon and offer a few more food options.
Played for first time in golf tournament. Clubhouse is very nice. TV's above urinal had PGA Tour on liked that. Was disappointed at snack bar. Pizza or hot dogs? Golf course has seen better days. It was drizzling rain ????️ but cleared up later.

The course is in the best shape I've ever seen it. Bumped it up to 5 stars. Traps need a bit of work, but best greens I've played on in the Fort Worth area. Recommend.
I have a love, hate relationship with this course. Price is very affordable. The past couple times was only $15 with a cart. It looks like they are trying to improve the course. The traps need sand. Just alot of trash on the course and in the native areas. Sometimes the course looks amazing and sometimes it looks a little rough. I keep coming back though.
Used to enjoy coming here, but the past 3 times have been unforgettable in a negative way.
First of the 3 - we had to wait 15 minutes for a cart and was late on our tee time and therefore everyone was backed up due to them and the cart fiasco the round took us over 5 hours because they overbooked themselves.
Second of the 3 - we planned time away from our families to golf, showed up and ready only to have our tee time canceled and simply turned away because they overbooked for the day due to having a tournament in play that morning. Granted they did give us a complementary round to make up for it. Why this review is 2 stars…
Finally, this past Saturday. We showed up 40 minutes early to our tee time, and were told “we are out of our carts so just hang tight and we’ll get you a cart soon.” Well…45 minutes later we got a cart but the course was so overbooked that we tee’d off almost 80 minutes after our tee time. Ended up only getting to play 11 holes in the 6 hours we were there. It seemed like they were trying to maximize profits by booking tee times 8 minutes apart and stacking the day to the brim.
Unacceptable and everyone we spoke to yesterday (dozens of players) were furious. Needless to say, we won’t be going back for sometime…if ever.
Best Green condition in Texas. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Course is in excellent condition with interesting holes. Good mix with difficult and easy holes. Definitely must play course in Dalls, Fort worth area.
As far as course conditions other than traps it was immaculate. What was very disappointing was all the tee boxes were closed except one on each hole and markers were moved way up. Paid 49.00 for half a course due to tee boxes.
I haven’t been to Whitestone in 2 years and played the front 9 in a scramble last month along with playing all 18 on Sept 8. The golf course is in great condition and the greens are a joy to putt on! Special thanks to Deion and Landon for their graciousness and professionalism!
