First impression was office was nice and clean. Clerk was very Friendly.
Room was very spacious. Most importantly the AC was amazing. I actually had to turn it down and I never do that. Great escape from the Heat.
Bed is comfortable.
Couch was nice for a bit of TV while I ate dinner.
Maybe next visit I will have more time to try out the pool.
Sofa cushion was torn, and both sofa & chair was dirty. Mattress was hard and squeaky. Room smelled bad. Neighbor went to work Monday morning at 7:30am. Small dog yipped non-stop .
The Victorian Inn motel exudes charm with its period decor and cozy ambiance. Guests appreciate the friendly staff and well-maintained rooms. The central location allows easy access to local attractions. However, some note occasional maintenance issues. Overall, it offers a delightful stay for those seeking a touch of Victorian elegance.
Rooms were not clean at all. Floors in the room were especially dirty. You could see grim and just filth all over the floors. Pulled the covers on the bed back and Found hair in the bed the wasn’t mine. Shower works good and has hot water but soap wasn’t good and towels were basically rags. Rooms smelled unpleasant. Tv did not work. An all around bad experience. I certainly don’t recommend.

The good - Hot water, good water pressure, the TV worked.
The bad - There are a lot! The floors were dirty. There were dead and live crickets in the room. Ants and spiders too. The worst thing? Bed bugs! Got bit quite a few times.
The rooms were clean. Had laminate flooring, hot water, mattress covers… nothing to complain about for $70! The free mini muffin was a joke.
Every where we checked the better hotels and motels were booked! We saw this place and decided to stop and just see if they had a room. I walked into the reception area and it was noticably hot! But a lady came out and I asked her if she had a room for the night with a king bed. She did!!! We weren't sure what to expect, but we were beat being on the road all day. We got a room with two king beds. It was very plain, but it was a place to sleep. My wife checked under the mattress for bed bugs and there were none! Another plus!!! There were cups and an ice bucket in the room so I took the ice bucket down to the ice machine I saw to get ice and low and behold the ice machine did not work. The TV had a remote, but the remote didn't work and you had to change volume and channels with the buttons located under the TV screen!!! But we didn't leave it on long as we were beat. There was no soap bars or shampoo in the bath area or sink area, just dispensers like you would find at a service station to dispense liquid soap and conditioner. I turned on the A/C and it came on and started cooling, but when the compressor kicked in it made a horrible grinding noise!! The wife fell asleep quick like she normally does and I was tired but everytime that compressor kicked in it would rattle me awake until exhaustion took over and I finally just passed out!! Woke up the next morning and it had gotten a lot quieter. It was almost like someone had got something Ina fan that finally just wore out. I usually don't give anything less than four stars, but in this case two was all I could muster. If your just dead and need a place to lay your head this will get you by, bit just don't expect quality!!
