I had high hopes for White’s BBQ, but my experience was very disappointing. The brisket was extremely dry, which was a big letdown, especially since I was looking forward to a flavorful meal. Adding to the frustration, the service was awkward—there was a long wait while the employees were outside, seemingly unaware or uninterested in helping customers.
To top it off, I was excited to try their baked potato, only to find out they were out of them. Overall, this was an unfortunate visit, and I left feeling dissatisfied.
I tried White's for the first time today and WOW! The food was incredible. Everything was on point. Brisket had excellent fat distribution, great flavor and it was tender. I am a huge fan of the BBQ sauce as well, perfect balance of savory, sweet and spicy in my book. The carrot cake was phenomenal too. Fall spices and not too sweet.

Last time is there was with a great friend of mine that I consider a brother Gilbert Ybarra he bought me lunch at whites. We were making a delivery at Grace flooring and glass, across the street. I had lunch there in his memory. You missed by Tomas and Big Al. One hell of a brother and family man.

I ordered chopped brisket sandwich Wednesday's lunch special. The "chopped beef" was old, dried out. It was like eating jerkey in some bites. I've ordered 4 times from White's in recent months, and only 1 time was the meal edible.
Absolutely horrible service trying to place a to go order. The lady was very rude. There are a lot of us here in the area out of town working and we work a lot of hours. Therefore, when we get off, we are looking for something decent to eat. I have found this restaurant quite decent after the service. Not sure I will be back.
Trying to order at this place is crazy and confusing. When you walk in there is a counter with a menu and the lady standing there said you need to order in the back, so I walked to the back and it is the same lady asking can I take your order... Why didn't she just take our order at the front? Also when you get to the back to place your order there are two sections that are next to each other one to the right and one to the left (about 2 ft away) one is for barbecue orders only and the other is for other menu items, I don't know why they have to make it so confusing and just have one counter for all orders... All of that aside, after we got our food and sat down the food was amazing and they have a wall of contest winners who finished large hamburgers within a certain time frame. Also a Wall of shame for those who did not. There was a man in there who was trying the challenge while we were in there he almost made it but he ended up getting a t-shirt for trying. I would go back just to watch another challenge.
I love this place! The atmosphere is warm and relaxed. The staff is friendly. I have had the bbq and the burgers. I love them both. The sausage is particularly delicious .
I love the way you fix your own burger. Everything on their fixings bar is always fresh and always clean. The tea is good too.
I try to eat here at once a month. It’s the one hamburger I crave.
