I really tried to give this place a chance but everytime it was always something. On my child’s last visit I let the office know we’d be late they said okay still come. We get there and we wait for 1hr I let them know hey it’s been awhile and they put us in a room 10 minutes later. We get to the room and wait another 40 minutes at that point I was fed up we left. They didn’t even notice until 30 minutes later when I got a call asking if we had left. Absolutely ridiculous.
My son has been going to them since birth. They have treated us like family. We are always in and out hardly ever have to wait in waiting room for too long. The office staff are top notch as well.
Wonderful staff and doctors have been going here for over 20 years.
As most of the reviews on here can attest, the waiting time really is as bad as everyone says. 1hr+ wait to be seen, another 30 min for weight/blood pressure check, another 45 min until a doctor/practitioner attends you, and even then it feels incredibly rushed. What is supposed to be a 30-minute routine checkup turns into a 3 and a half hour affair, and I wish that were an exaggeration. Staff needs a better organization/management system. Luckily my work is really flexible but I really feel for working parents/elderly who count on budgeted time.
Y’all are better off elsewhere.
Me and my wife just had our first daughter together and ended up staying for 3 days after a c section. Every person on staff was so kind and helpful, honestly made our whole experience a wonderful memory and we are just super grateful for everyone who helped us. Highly recommend this place.
If I could give 0 Stars I would!!I went inside and the ladies in front desk look at me but didnt even say Hello.They looked bitter to see me and assist me.Bad service. The waiting time is so bad it took 2 hours just to enter the room then 20 minutes for the nurse to check my heart rate and etc.Then after 10 mintues one of them enters saying oh are you waiting? I said yes.They don't even know how long a patient is waiting is very disturbing .....
Another 5 minutes,someone comes in asking did the doctor come in already? I said no.
So many questions that I shouldnt have to be asked ,it is so sad.
Doctor comes in after 20 minutes!
I will be changing doctor immediately to another area immediately.
Today I went in to White Rock Family Health. I was instructed (by email and text) to call when I arrived so they could have a room ready for me. it was about 8.45 and my appointment was at 9.00 After doing so I was brought in by one of the staff members almost immediately. She proceeded to check my weight and guide me to the room were my visit would take place. before leaving me she told me the price of my visit and let me know that the doctor would be with me shortly. I waited about 20 minutes before my doctor (Michael Cheng) came in. (note I was brought in and seated early) the routine checkup went as expected Michael was very soft spoken and friendly when I asked about concerns he was very engaging, you can always tell when someone comes to work because they want to vs if they have to. Michael is very trustworthy and honest.
White Rock Family Health gave me great service even though I was a walk in. Front staff was welcoming they passed me into a room pretty quick and Dr. Salazar and Ansley were attentive and listened to my concerns. Overall great service. Highly recommend.
