Great customer service food is always wonderful as well Hugo and Laura!!
Placed a lunch order at 9:00 a.m. to be ready at 12:02 p.m. for pickup. They took 20 more minutes to get my order even though I placed my order way ahead of time and by the time I receive my order my lunch hour was practically over and I barely even had time to even eat my lunch. Food wasn't even fresh. It was already room temperature by the time I received it! And they weren't even busy at all, there were hardly any people inside! Ridiculous. And I also tipped on the order too which I seriously regret now too. Never ordering lunch or anything else from White rhino ever again! This place is seriously starting to go downhill
I like the food here. The servers need to be trained better. Getting my meal when I'm still eating my salad is not a great dining experience. this is not the first time it's happened. I don't want to feel rushed.
First time checking the restaurant and pub. Enjoyed the spicy calarmari with some bevarages. The cucumber margarita was superb! The atmosphere is cozy and upscale. The service staff was professional and friendly. Looking forward to returning to this gem
The White Rhino is an Amazing Restaurant and Venue for Live Music. The Staff is always exceptional and friendly. Service is always Perfection, and I always feel at home! I can be watching Sports or just having Dinner! Let me add the Mussels on the Menu, are the Bomb!
I can’t figure out what people like about this place. The service is mediocre at best in the dining room or at the bar, and if you happen to order delivery two or three drivers will cancel because they wait extraordinary long periods for your food. There are better options especially for delivery food. My recommendation is to skip this place.
I love this place. It is a restaurant that happens to have a bar! The food menu is diverse and they change their specials weekly. They have a ton of beer options. Most importantly, the bartenders are excellent. They are true masters of their craft and appreciate the art of the job. I look forward to going here!
Fantastic atmosphere great food and service was top notch. Love the pizza , pasta , seafood , drinks , very clean and staff is very attentive to needs of the guest. Highly recommend for a great experience.
