Absolutely horrible care. ER almost missed my diagnosis if it wasn’t for me advocating for imaging and labs. Ended up needing ICU care. The ICU providers and nurses provide the worst care of any hospital I have ever encountered. My oxygen level dropped and the nurses were unphased until I asked for oxygen. They did not take my complains or my condition seriously. They left me in a chair across from my IV pole so I was unable to move my arms and reach my tray or belongings. They also didn’t give me my call bell. The nurses did not have compassion whatsoever. My temperature was only taken when I asked for it to be which should be standard. My requests to speak with a provider were disregarded. I would never come here again and strongly advise anyone who wants competent and empathetic providers to seek care elsewhere.
Our daughter went into labor on Thanksgiving and went to the hospital. My wife and I were visiting from down south.
The staff at the front desk are nice, but will not let me even go to the waiting room outside of her section. So I had to sit in the front lobby all day.
I understand the "two visitors rule", but perhaps on a rotational basis: one visitor leaves to allow another to enter.
As far as the care and competency of those who attended our daughter; I give them a very high rating. As a visitor, I would recommend a policy review and adjustment..
I received great care and overall assistance at the Hospital. I’m a foreigner who visited the hospital for the first time and from the valet parking guys, to the ladies at the reception desk, to the security personnel, the doctors and absolutely everyone that assisted me was just marvellous! Dr Jasmine Campbell was not just beautiful physically but she has the most humble personality and a great heart. All the nurses (I unfortunately can’t remember their names ????) were just great! The staff at the Radiology department were also great. When doing the x ray of my arm the lady doctor/radiologist was extremely mindful of the pain I was feeling and she kept saying sorry the whole time. She didn’t have to but her humanity and humility took over!
I’m extremely grateful for the treatment and all involved were great! Keep up the good work guys! It’s noticed. Your humanity made me feel like I am back home in South Africa ????????. Thank you!
Very clean and beautiful ???? the receptionist at the front desk was so professional , and also thumbs up to Rachel and Lisa at Radiology ,major construction outside , so be mindful of dust and changes around the facility.
Needed to go to E/R. I received top notch service, professionalism and compassion. Started with Valet, The security guards and the frot desk. They took care of me and listen to me and made me Feel comfortable,. I was brought into a bed in E/R and immediately i was great by aides to check my vitals and see what was going on. Alexa was very understanding and very organized and excellent. The Dr. on duty was as good as well He came by and said be right with you as i have an emergency. As he said came back and looked at issue and gave me information and treatment. At 9 am on a Saturday morning place was packed. But this collective staff was on its A game. Very well done. All with a smile. As the doctor said hope not see you again here. I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Bravo WP hospital and staff.
In this Hospital they give an appointment for 12:30 and then want you to have a food but people they can stay more than 24 hours with no food how they going to give Anastasia to the patient for the surgery with more than 24 hour with no food there are unresponsible they say 2:30 you're going to have your surgery it's a most of 5:00 still the doctor doesn't show up

My mother underwent surgery on October 7th, 2024, and, while we were initially nervous, Dr. Weber’s professionalism and compassionate, personalized approach immediately put us at ease. Thanks to his expertise, my mother is now feeling fantastic and is incredibly happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Philip Weber and his team for their outstanding care and dedication.
What a great experience the staff was excellent. Everything moved so quickly and efficiently! I felt like I was in great hands from the minute I walked in. The volunteers and navigators were outstanding. I was nervous and felt terrible but the PA and the nurses made me feel at peace . Super grateful to all the staff who assisted in my care today.
