Our weekend stay at white pines was great.
The staffs are all awesome they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as ever.
Great entertainment for both kids and adults.
This was our first time here and we definitely ???? had a wonderful time and would recommend this camp ground to anyone who is looking to go camping for the first time. Campsites with electric and water makes the experience even more pleasant.
Thank you to all the staffs at white pines, keep up the good work in making new comers to your campground ⛺️ feeling safe and happy during our stay.????
Based on what I’m reading about prior reviews, it does seem like there has been some management changes and the new management is really good. We did have some issues, and the campsite tried their hardest to correct each issue. A+ effort from management.
The campsite itself has some infrastructure issues and I hope that over time, things get better with better management. Just navigating with a medium sized camper can be a challenge. There is a lot of variability with the quality of the sites. One site may have a nice gravel bed, and the one next to it is muddy with tree roots that make it hard to utilize. One site will have a 30A with gray water, the next only a 15A with a gray water that you don’t find until the second day.
This is also one of the loudest campsites I’ve been to. We had competing music coming from the surrounding sites, and one of the permanent residents didn’t seem to care that every time they put their golf cart into reverse it would let out a high-pitched scream, and he didn’t really seem interested in making sure it was in reverse for the shortest possible time.
Although the sites are wooded, some sites back right up to each other. I wasn’t in a tent site, but I was camping in a tent. I had another tent about 10 feet from mine from another site.
Overall, I think White Pines has a lot of potential. Hopefully this new management means that thing will be improving going forward. It’s not on my list of campsites I feel I need to return to, but I’ve certainly stayed at worse.
My family and I stayed during the Fourth of July week for 3 days. We didn’t rent an RV and rented the lot and brought our own tents. The experience of the place was great in the sense that they had things to do for the whole family. They had a bouncy house, a swimming pool, and even had a movie nights for the kids. The issue arose when i felt that me and my group were constantly being scolded. Everything we did was an issue. We felt targeted for being a different race. I don’t plan on ever going back. I didn’t feel welcomed at all and didn’t enjoy my stay.
White pines campsites is a very nice place. The staff is friendly and always will try to help. If one staff member can’t help they will get another to help. As well, there maybe somethings that are not in their wheelhouse so they may not be able to help. It will not be from their trying. I wanted to tell you about one of your employees. Jacob, is like a ray of sunshine. He always waves and says hello with a big smile. If he can he will stop to ask how you are doing.
There was plenty to do for adults and kids. We had a problem with reaching the electrical connections and Steve went out of his way to get us a temp fix until we were able to get a 50 amp extension cord. They’re very helpful and responsive to any problems that might come up. I will definitely be going back.
So thrilled with the new owners of the campground. The atmosphere has changed entirely. Brandon and Steve are so helpful and want to make it a family place. They try to help with any problems you may have. Keep this atmosphere going.
I can't say enough good things about White Pines!!! The grounds are beautiful. Staff is friendly and very helpful especially Marilyn, Brandon and Steve. The seasonal families are amazing. If you need a quick weekend getaway get to white pines.
Here now, staff is great.
Kids behind counter in store and running register. Completely hectic and unprofessional.
For some reason my review isn't visible to others. Convenient
