We were thrilled to see that White House subs has a shop within the Hard Rock Casino resort in addition to their original location on Artic Avenue. It’s been an Atlantic City landmark for decades and is a must do for locals and tourists because their sandwiches are just that darned good! Their legendary bread melts in your mouth. Our favourite is the 1/2 original cold Italian which is almost big enough to share with 4 people. Don’t let the 1/2 size fool you- it’s about 12” long, stuffed with super fresh ingredients. We love their signature oil with oregano sauce, and with the meat, provolone, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and mayo - you’ve got yourself a sandwich that will make you exclaim “Mamma Mia”! Lots of other sandwich choices to pick from, very reasonably priced. Note that this is a walk up counter to place your order. There’s some tables and chairs available in the front.
Don’t leave AC without trying a White House sub done the true Jersey Way.
Subs are good Italian ones steak ones forget it however they stopped giving military discounts that is BS. I would never go there again. And then everybody’s got their hand out for a tip and even that little short Gray haired lady upfront is rude And has her hand out too There are many sub shops just as good. Don’t recommend that one.
Excellent service, quality and quantity of food for the price, hoagies were packed with meat and condiments. We ordered several Italian special hoagies and cheese steaks which were absolutely filling and delicious, recommend to give this place a try, your mouth and belly will be happy.

We ordered a sandwich from this place today and my aunt lost her credit card and license. I called to see if they were turned in and the people who answered wouldn’t even tell me if something was turned in. He told me “I’d have to come check.” I explained I was 2 hours away and I couldn’t come check. He the. Said “you have to come check mami” and hung up on me. He was the most incredibly rude individual. I wasn’t asking for miracles. I was asking if someone turned something in. If it’s there, I’m happy to drive down. But the fact that this jerk couldn’t even answer me and repeatedly hung up on me? Ridiculous. This is the kind of customer service this place provides? I will never buy another thing here. This employee should be fired and if it’s management, it should be shut down. It’s Christmas week and this man couldn’t just tell me “yes, something was turned in” or “no, we don’t have it” or “please call back at x time and I’ll be able to check”? I’ve never seen someone act with such disrespect for a consumer.
If I could give this sandwich shop a −20, I would. I ordered a sausage with onions, and they burnt the sausage. The manager tried to tell me that the sausage wasn't burnt. I would never eat here again.
How is this White House location getting 4.3 in google reviews!! I am disgusted. I went ballistic when I opened this upon getting home. No need to say anymore, pictures says it all. $13 dollars!!
