This is the best meal I've ever had. I came here with a friend after seeing it on the highway and we were blown away. The story, the service, the atmosphere & THE FOOD was all perfect. If I could give more stars I would. 15/10 would recommend, we'll be back with a group next time.
They're not lying, this is the best fried chicken anywhere! The service was great, you can tell the servers are career employees that have been there forever. The atmosphere was quaint and had a definite feel of a farmhouse restaurant. Would highly recommend it!
There's a dine in section and the carry out is on the other side of the building. We did the carry out since the restaurant is open later. The chicken is light and crispy on the skin but tender and juicy on the inside. No herb or spice so you can go mild to wild by adding your own sauce but it's perect they way they fried it. Corn fritters with some powdered sugar is soft like doughnuts, not burnt and always made to perfection. We normally go to the smaller one in Lyons, but will have to try the dine in next time.

I hadn't been to White Fence Farm in almost 20 years, and I've always wanted to take my girlfriend and bring my mother back here, as we've both been coming here when we were in high chairs! The food was as delicious as I remembered, and some of the old games and antiques are still there from when I was a child! Our server and everyone we encountered were friendly, making this a terrific treat for my mother's birthday!
First time in long time went to the main location for a luncheon. Very nice inside. Chicken is descent. Kidney bean salad very good. Love corn fritters. A lot of the food served like family style with the chicken being plated. It is great to go for a party and experience. The holiday decorations are very impressive. Wish I could of seen the animals but it was a cold day. I recommend going for one of the luncheons featured on website.
Went to dinner with our neighbors. We were seated quickly and were attended to quickly by our waitress. The food was excellent and portions were more than adequate. The atmosphere is also unique, almost museum like. Much to see. Interesting and also a good family place. Kids seem to enjoy it. Highly recommend.
We arrived before opening, there was plenty of sitting room and looks to keep you occupied. They bring you side dishes. The potatoes and gravy were sad for the chicken being so great. All sides were okay. I'm glad to try it once.
A gluten fried chicken would be nice, one must order baked chicken.
