Taco shop with a variety of taco options, chips and dips, and sides. The prices were great for the portion size, not the best taco I’ve ever had but it was pretty good. Inside was a bit small so we ended up sitting on the outside deck. Kids meals are only 4 bucks for a pretty decent sized taco you could easily make into two because it includes two tortillas
Great food. Had 4 of the tacos and they were all excellent. Only downside was the chips were not very good and they asked for a tip at the counter. Will be back.
Cool Taco Shop with a interesting assortment of Tacos. The sauces for the chips was great. Salsa Verde was great, no heat. Regular salsa was great and I enjoyed Smokey notes on the back side. Chipotle Crème Fresh was amazing. Qeuso was good as well. BBQ Tacos were great but I did find the sauce to be a little sweet and Apple like but paired well with the pork. Beans in the taco gave an interesting texture but could do without as well. All in all cool place staff was super busy but brightened right up when I had a random question. Great food.
Really good food. Has the duck taco, pork belly, and fish. Duck was poppin off. Pork belly was crispy and the sauce was really good. Fish was good too.
Great vibes. Dedicated staff.
It was so good i forgot to take a picture of the food! So here is the empty basket.
My favorite of the White Duck locations in Asheville, even if parking is most complicated here of their locations. Street parking where allowed is free on Sundays. Otherwise, use the Biltmore Avenue garage, which is free for the first hour and $4 for the second. White Duck has a super creative menu, reasonable prices and portions, and the staff here is friendliest of the three we’ve visited. Everything is good if you like the ingredients in your order. Tons of seating in two dining rooms and an outdoor patio here.
Enjoyed the Bangkok shrimp taco, but we were underwhelmed by the steak and bbq carnitas tacos. The Mexican corn salad was quite bad (corn was not sweet and there was a weird spicy sauce).
If you're craving tacos in downtown Asheville, this is the place to go. I really liked the relaxed atmosphere of our late night dinner here. The dining area was pretty clean, and our food, although it did take a while, was delicious. The tacos themselves were pretty loaded with meat and toppings, but we didn't feel heavy afterward. I would recommend this restaurant to those looking for a light meal to start a night out on the town.
Yo! These ain't two bite tacos. These are what a $5 taco should be.
We tried several different wild takes on a Mexican classic and I'm telling you right now, do not sleep on the pork belly taco. ❤️❤️❤️
They have a couple of local beers, $7 a cup, and most tacos range between $5-6.
Big dudes can eat 3, smaller appetites, will likely be full with two.
Try the Steak and Cheese and Pork Belly.
