Best WLM Reviews
Their dining room wasn't open yet, but it looks like it's to be very welcoming. Spoke to the owner, and she was extremely welcoming and pleasant. Unfortunately, and my fault, I did not ask her name. My nephew and I ordered delivery the first night we were in town. Stopped by for pickup a few nights later. Absolutely, 100% recommend this establishment for food and atmosphere. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely return.
Haven't been here in a while. Waitress mentioned place will be remodeled soon. Very run down and outdated, but we came for the food, and we were not disappointed. They start you out with warm bread and provide the olive and cheese. Our appetizer was scrimp scampi, which was the star. It was a generous portion. My husband had bacon and garlic pizza, which he liked. I got the salmon with spinach. I had a glass of wine. Overall a very nice meal, good service, and reasonable prices. Every table was taken when we left. I'll be looking forward to the remodeling, it's nice to have a nice surrounding when having a nice meal.
The best chicken parmesan I ever
Had. The outside was crispy.
The inside moist and tender.
The cheese and sauce complimented. We definitely will be back.
Horrible customer service! They messed up my order and when I called to let them know the lady, Maria, was super rude and aggressive and said that she cannot do anything about it and that the manager will call me and talk to me. Never received a phone call. We paid almost $100 for this order and Maria didn’t even apologized once. She was very aggressive verbally and told me I don’t understand and I do not listen. I will never order that place again and will never recommend it to anyone!
Absolutely disappointed. The customer service of STRAIGHT UP LYING TO A CUSTOMER is unacceptable.
We ordered a pizza approximately 2 weeks ago with specific instructions for how it needed to be prepared. What we asked for was on the receipt. This is for HEALTH reasons.
Once we were back home we immediately called and spoke with the Gentleman who answered the phone who was really polite about the whole thing. He said "No Need to Bring the Pizza Back, I will note your account for a Free Pizza". We thought that was totally acceptable and left it at that.
This took place Sunday, June 2nd, about 5pm.
We just called, (Saturday June 15th), to order the Free Pizza we were promised and the Lady, who happens to be the manager, insinuated we are lying and would only allow for a $5 credit. She said they would never have allowed us to keep the incorrect pizza; even though we were told differently.
After several minutes of "back and forth", the manager held her ground of we are basically "making this up"
We will no longer be a customer after being a customer since 1980s.
Hope a Free Pizza is worth is customer loyalty and Not staying true to your word. Apparently the Customer is NOT always right.
Sadly,
A Lost Customer
Do not order from these people they’re such a rip off!! I order lemon chicken normally this dish comes with a three piece chicken and is $27 … this time I order it and came with a two piece of chicken for $27 I called the manager And now she’s telling me
we downgrade our portions now comes with a two piece of chicken!! wouldn’t be a nice to tell me before you charge me $27 for two small piece of chicken!!
Watt A rip off do not order from these people!! How unprofessional !!
Looking threw places to order dilevery from and noticed a soup option. Seen the Creamy chicken and rice soup made daily. Figured we would give it a try. Wow, really spot on soup, loved it. We also ordered a large Sausage, peperoni, mushroom and black olive pizza. It was really outstanding. It was thin crust, pleanty of cheese and toppings, crust was crisp.
My wife and I drive a Tractor trailer across america.
So delivery was a must. The delivery guy, found us at the wharehouse we are waiting to pick up at in the morning with out a problem.
Over all, we will definatly be ordering from them again when we are in the area.
Meat lovers pizza was very good and I recommend the bbq boneless wings! First time coming here and I will definitely be back!
