This one happen to be nearest to my hotel. Went in twice during my stayed. Surf and turf was good.
It's not a clean place. When I got there, I saw an employee with his head down on a table, taking a nap. Placed order, which was ok, although when we got our order, there was no cheese on the sliders. We went to ask for the cheese sliders and was told that he could give us the cheese to put on, and we requested new cheese sliders. After a brief wait, we were given back the same sliders with cheese on them. Since the sliders were not warm, the cheese was not close to being melted. I don't expect much from White Castle, but since the employees were not helpful or kind, I may not return. Used the bathroom that smelled and was filthy just like the rest of their facility.
As I'm from the UK, this was my first White Castle.
This truly is the worst experience of fast food I've had in my 20 years of living here...
The burger bun disintegrated in my mouth to become dough again, and the meat tasted like what I imagine to be dog food.
I have to say the staff were so nice and helpful - beyond good.
I have no idea why people would eat here vs McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's et al?

Grew up around these and glad there’s one not too far. Staff is nice. Got the spicy shrimp and some sliders. Shrimp wasn’t really spicy but the sliders were great.
My girlfriend and I come to this White Castle at least once a week and leave happy every time. The food is always made perfectly, and the guy that works the drive thru recognizes us every time and gets excited to see us. His sister works there as well and also recognizes us and they both make it such a cool environment.
Waited for about an hour after ordering for my food before I just ended up leaving. No one came out and explained the long wait and the staff ignore you and the group of other people that were waiting for 45+ minutes. Just do yourself a favor and go to one of the other many food establishments in the area. There’s plenty of good options!
I don't normally stop and get lunch but today was a day I was hungry and had a headache. When I arrived I went through the drive-thru and the line went pretty fast. My order was taken from a really nice guy. I ordered the impossible sliders and fries and it came to a little over $9. I wanted the vegan cheese but it had been discontinued. I got to the window, paid and left. When I ate everything was fine amd made well. Had a good experience minus the fact I now feel super guilty I ate all that ????????♀️.
We don't have White Castles in North Carolina so it was a mandatory stop while on vacation. The food is great (for fast food), the staff at this location were outstanding and the atmosphere (location) was clean and neat.
