My mom went to White Castle today on corner of Outer Loop & Preston Hwy. She ordered some burgers without cheese and a chocolate milk shake from the drive through. It was a little bit after 12 noon. They made her wait 20 mins for her order. When she got her food the burgers were cold & dry. They onions on the burgers were also dry. They tasted old like they had been sitting around. Her milkshake was mostly vanilla with only a little bit of chocolate in it. But it was supposed to be a whole chocolate milkshake. My mom is now sick with upset stomach and nausea. This is the worst service!
Decided to buy the cheddar slider again. They are the best thing White Castle sells. It's kind of a smokey cheddar, with the tangy grilled onions it is great.
The lady in the drive they was super friendly, & I didn't have to wait for my food. Job well done!
1921 burger was a nice size and fresh but the burger was undone in the middle it was raw, im pretty sure WC isn't use to cooking thick burgers, I would've drove back but I was on lunch and for a $1.99 I didn't wanna seem like I wanted free food or anything but I think I will call them to let them know, WC on Outer loop and Preston in Louisville, KY
It's hard to get through the drive-thru without getting bombarded by streetwalkers that are clearly mentally unstable

First time for me and a friend. Food was hot and delicious, young man working the window took our order expertly just now and got everything correct. Food was so good we stopped at the next WC down the highway to get more hahaha. Surprised we were only car in drive through as the quality and price was so good, people missing out.
This has consistently been the best location I've eaten ate. Very fast. No missing items. White castle is white castle. It's not some "top notch" place But it IS top notch for particular instances or times of day... the location on Westport by my old house never had onion rings or cheese Stix after hours which was always a huge bummer & the time you wait was outrageous. So, I was pleased and reminded how good white castle can be overall after my trip tonight a the outerloop location.
The service was good but the 4 sliders has my stomach in knots no joke.
The floors were sticky entrance mat was disgusting .
This place needs some help.
