Jamie was great one great manager and was fast service I give them 10 stars they went way beyond and they will forever have my service
rudest staff of all wc i been in. never ever going back to this location. the whole staff need fired at this national turnpike location.
My burgers and bread were so overcooked they were crunchy. I was not able to return because I had to go to work.
Would go lower than a 1 if I could. They basically don’t serve food. I get off at 5 am and they will have you sit at the speaker for 45 minutes before even saying a word. I’m talking about two cars in the drive thru period. It’s always the guy that drives a blue ford fusion. So if you see that car there on the late night then just leave because chances are he’s just waiting for you to get frustrated and pull off!!! The last time I got food there it was basically 6 slices of cheese on a top bun with bacon and no burger or bottom bun! I don’t even know why I try! Used to be a good White Castle now its basically just a building people play around in and get paid.
The food was hot & good. The service was very rude & has a nasty attitude. I don't think she should take orders. She would do better cooking. Away from the customers. It was like I just pissed her off for coming in & took her away from her phone. The dining area needed attention. The restroom was out of toilet paper. The only thing good about my visit was I got to see my food getting cooked. If I hadn't I would not of ordered. The person who cooked my food even said something about how rude she was.

Food was good took them forever to get our food and there was nobody inside but us and then ask for mustard and catch up I didn't even get it probably won't be back to this location
