They make you wait in the drive thru line 5 to 6 minutes before taking your order. Then you pull behind one person who is waiting on there order, so you in turn waiting another 5/8 minutes before you can pay for your order. , So you pay then wait another 5 to 8 minutes. A total wait time of 20plus minutes for what use to be known as fast food with no receipt for your order.
There is absolutely nothing on this menu that takes over 15-20 minutes to prepare. Can we agree upon that? Well it takes them about that much time to adress you at the speaker in the drive thru. Not 15-20 minutes to prepare your order but 15-20 to actually take your order. Another 10 minutes to pay and another 15 to receive your order through the window. If I’m lying I’m flying
Just plain awful. From the service to the food! We waited in the drive through for about 15 minutes until we decided to just go inside. There was no one in line which should have been my cue to leave. I always visit White Castle when I’m in town, but this location needs to be shut down!!!!! The burgers were undercooked, slimey and disgusting. The fries were ok. To top off the experience I was given one napkin
Normally, the drive thru service is fast. Even on busy nights. Tonight, I waited longer than usual to have my order taken and then a little longer to get my food. Unacceptable service tonight.
I went to this White Castle on Thursday night. I stood there for 20 minutes. The manager kept looking at me. Didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted anything or to let me know that they were too busy to take care of me. As African Americans ppl we need to do better
Bacon jalapeño sliders were as good as always! Friendly service. Went inside to order and in less than 30 seconds a guy stepped to the register to take my order. Order was ready in just a few minutes. Friendly service.
It was actually so, so good, some of the best fast food I’ve had in my life. The service was good and every body behind the counter was nice, friendly and polite. It’s such good value I was genuinely shook
I like White Castle restaurant. My Husband sends me too White Castles for the 10 sliders for $7.99. So I get 10 sliders with American cheese, and I get another 10 sliders with Cheddar Cheese. That's what my Husband usually wants me too get. My Husband gets the recepit, from White Castles, too get 2 Free Sandwiches at White Castles. My Husband likes the Fish Sandwich with cheese. So I get 2 of those for Free. Just for filling out the Survey. That's all for now. But White Castles is good too. Love it.
