Best WLM Reviews
DELVON, JANAVIA & GROVER helped me out this morning with a delicious Sausage, Egg & Cheese Slider, Black Coffee (my favorite) and large Hashbrowns - The food and drinks here are bursting with flavors and the staff is super friendly, fast and helpful!
**Review:**
I had the pleasure of dining at White Castle recently, and it was a mixed experience. The atmosphere was casual, fitting for a quick bite, but I found myself a bit disappointed with several aspects of my visit.
**Service:**
The service was lacking. I encountered a robot ordering system that I did not really care for, which made the process feel impersonal. Additionally, the drive-thru attendant seemed too busy chatting with coworkers to offer the basic courtesies expected in customer service.
**Food:**
I ordered the 20 pack combo of sliders, and while the sliders themselves tasted good, I noticed that the meat was very light on the patties, which was somewhat disappointing. The pickles were inconsistent, varying in quantity and quality, which affected the overall experience. To top it off, they forgot to include our four small fries, which was a letdown.
**Ambiance:**
The ambiance was typical of a fast-food restaurant—not particularly inviting, but suitable for a quick meal. It didn’t quite offer the cozy or relaxing vibe I was hoping for.
**Overall Experience:**
Overall, my visit to White Castle was underwhelming. While the sliders had a good taste, the service and attention to detail were lacking. I only get White Castle once in a while, and after this experience, I probably won’t be returning for a while.
Grover was extremely helpful with the menu, and providing fast, clean service. Food was delicious and I’m very thankful for them working so hard and making sure I actually enjoyed my food. Thanks again
They didn't get my french fries on the order. I did get my six slider cheeseburgers and my onion pedals, but they forgot to put the cheese sticks in the bag. I checked the receipt, and they did charge me for it. It happens every time at this location. Well, no more. I'm done!!! This was the last time I am going to this location at 16 mile and Groesbeck. Worst location in my area. Always have to wait forever for service. Go to the location at 11 mile and I- 696 in Roseville. Best White Castle around!
I just wanted to shout out the night shift for their awesome service! They get my order right all the time and the food is delightful. There's also this one st the drive thru who always gives you a bright smile. Fast food done right!
Great service. When I came in to pick up my order, multiple people were ordering custom crave cases. It’s was a bit chaotic but the crew got the job done. Today is Friday, 8/30, and the time I picked up my order was around 4pm. Andre is THE MAN! He answered the phone and was professional, polite, and calm under pressure. Thank you! Give that man a raise!
We enjoyed the food here great food and the customer service and restaurant was impeccably clean the only down side was how cold it was kept in the restaurant ???? which I'm sure isn't the crews decision..
Just brrrrrrr???????? and NO ice for the drinks which I personally had no problem with due to how cold it was in the place however my husband and brother wanted ice in they're drinks. Other than those two things I would have given them a 5 ⭐
Can't get much better at 2am coming home from a wedding. We got a crave case and a few other items. Fast and fresh! I love this location. They always come through when we need them the most lol.
