Gries were burnt and cold. How do you expect people to pay 4 dollars for fries and they not fresh
We bought 2 crave cases 1 jalapeno cheese and 1 regular. They messed up the order and gave us 2 regular crave cases so we brought them back in and the manager gave us a bag of cold sliced cheese and said "heres your $30 cheese"
This is the best white castle in the entire planet. I’m not sure what King lives here but all of the staff is amazing and they treat me like royalty. They are insanely good at what they do. It is always busy so please be patient and kind to your server and you will get great service. I came here at 3 o’clock and spent about eight minutes and drive through and they had many cars in front of me. It moved very quickly and the food was hot and fresh.
They are known for their sliders, and they also have many side items to choose from!
Abhorrently slow service from a staff that seems completely disengaged from doing their jobs. I know it's just a fast food gig so I should only expect so much, but waiting over fifteen minutes for dried out chicken rings is unacceptable. This location is either understaffed or poorly managed or both. I was the first car arriving to an empty drive-through during lunch hours (where the store should in theory be prepared for peak efficiency) and by time I finally got my food and was leaving something like 10 cars were backed up in the drive-through line. I only ordered two 12-piece chicken rings! I do not recommend this location, your time will be better spent (or wasted less) elsewhere.
I have now had two horrible experiences with this restaurant. My daughter and I waited over twenty minutes in the drive through to get our food. There were only a few customers in the dining area and two cars ahead of us. The food was cold. My burger had no pickles (a frequent occurrence here) and it looked as if someone stepped on it.
Service was horrible. I asked for a moment and when I told her I was ready. I was asked to hold. Ok, not a problem. I was the only one in line. I sat there 5-10 minutes for her to say pull to the window, and my order was placed there. I was given cold food that the burgers were so cold ain't no telling how long they had been sitting. However, I take a lunch break to go there cause it's in close area.... At this point, I will never patronize this restaurant anymore. I'd rather starve. Had the nerves to say have a good day.
The breakfast sandwich was kinda dry, but not the worst. I picked up my food in the drive thru very early in the morning. The cashier was cashiering, no complaints.
Tried to go inside and order my food at about 7:45 A.M. and the doors were LOCKED they were serving drive thru only. I drive a large truck that does not fit in the drive thru. Do better its not that hard to leave the door unlocked to take orders inside don't give me excuses. 1 star because i wasn't even given the opportunity to try the food.
