Easily the best White Castle I've ever patronized. The food was fresh and delicious - defying all stereotypes. Would recommend this spot if you are in the mood for some sliders.
If you like white castle you will like this store. If you've never been to a White Castle, what you're going to get there? There's a tiny hamburger with five holes punched in it. They are cooked on a grill with lots of diced onions. This gives them their unique flavor, This unique flavor is what you either like or don't like. They have other food items there as well, but they are mostly known for the hamburgers.
Food was good. Old woman in red shirt working the night of 8-5-24 around 645 pm was very rude and was annoyed by us ordering food. Thought it would be a treat as we were heading back to Illinois and we don’t have a White Castle there in our area. Boy were we wrong. I’m an assistant manager at an Arby’s and I definitely understand having bad days, but I have never treated a customer the way she treated us. She definitely needs to go through some anger management and customer service training.
My 1st time at a whitecastle restaurant. Love the grocery store freezer aisle whitecastle sliders back where I'm from.
Not the same stuff here. Sliders tasted of mildew. Fries were okay, nothing special. 1st and last time I eat at a whitecastle restaurant. But I'm sure this rating will have zero effect on a big chain. ????
Not a good experience. I brought a friend to try White Castle for the first time, and I regret bringing him here. The burgers were not good, the fries were very soggy, and the chicken tenders were not properly fried. I had an odd experience ordering as well. I was asked to add cheese to my burger, and I said yes, I would like cheese on the burgers. Then, all of a sudden, when I got my order, they were plain, not even with ketchup. I asked the lady, "Where is the cheese?" and she said I didn't order any cheeseburgers. I mean, doesn't adding cheese make it a cheeseburger? Then I asked for ranch sauce for my 20 tenders, and another lady asked how much I wanted. I said four, then she looked at me and gave me two and said, "There you go, here's two!". Never coming back for sure. They started rambling on, back talking about my order as if we were in the wrong and they were right.
The young man working the window was pleasant and friendly. The older woman snapping in the back...not so much. Made me sorry for the guy. I hope they get some nicer people to work with him.
Consistently high quality. The drive-thru can be slow, carryout is quicker, but either way, the food and beverage are good.
If you can't keep your dining room open past 10 pm, dont be rude to those you force to walk up. I was completely dismissed when I just wanted to be acknowledged, so I might have a chance to order. They also refuse to answer the phone. Ridiculous
